Roger and his wife came out to take a look at my washer that wouldn’t fill with water. They were honest and kind. I will definitely be using them again.

Mr Boro Appliances did an amazing job with my ice maker and refrigerator. I had to call back for a minor leak and Roger (Mr Boro) came back within 24 hours to fix everything up. I am really impressed with their dedication to go the extra mile. Roger and Mary were professional, prompt and very knowledgeable about their craft. Mr Boro will definitely be my go to for any appliance repairs in the future.

Mary (office manager)was great….her customer service skills were outstanding!! She was responsive and so friendly!! Roger(owner ) and Jeremiah (tech) did an awesome job, explained everything they were doing especially because I kept asking a lot of questions. They are affordable, honest and stand by their work!! I highly recommend this company. I scheduled an appt and somehow they did not put me on the schedule. When I called them they discounted the labor for the inconvenience. They showed up promptly the next day. They had to order parts and returned today for the repair. Very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I can definitely recommend this company. My GE washer only 3 years old stopped working. They came out and diagnosed it in 10 minutes. They ordered the part (unfortunately not their fault but it took 5 days to ship). The day after they received it, they were back, installed it and it has worked perfectly. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I will call them again when any of my other appliances break!

Very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait long as he had a cancellation and called me to let me know. Mr. Sutherland fixed my washing machine and I was a very happy customer. I would recommend Roger for appliance repair because this repair saved me several hundred dollars and that's a blessing nowadays.

I bought a gas range from a big box store. I also paid for delivery and installation. When the stove was delivered, the crew said that I needed a plumber to change the gas supply valve. I was skeptical and called Mr. Boro and was given a time frame for a next day appointment. Roger arrived within the time frame. He said that the delivery crew may simply have been in a hurry
In less than an hour the new range was installed and working beautifully. Roger took care not to scratch a recently installed hardwood floor. I felt the price was very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Boro Appliance for your service and repair needs

Roger was very professional and a nice guy. He came on time and thoroughly checked my washer for any issues. Roger and Mary were a pleasure to work with! We just moved and they came out to hook up our washer & dryer, which also needed to be converted from gas to propane. Their communication was fantastic - even when there was a delay receiving the parts from manufacturer. Parts came in and they returned to complete install. Very professional and friendly - always letting us know where we were in the process and exactly when to expect them. Would highly recommend!
