The service tech was prompt and troubleshot the problem. He did not have the ability or parts to repair my American Standard package unit. The repair had to be put back into dispatch for a different repair service. Still no a/c for 4 days or longer at this point. Whole house a/c units are not there specialty.
He was very nice and he didn’t want to give me the bad news that we needed a new washer
Kevin was very courteous, easy to talk to, knowledgeable regarding air units. Knew the answers, gave suggestions. He preceded to fix the problem with detailed explanations about how and what he was doing. Give him a raise!!!
Our technician John was great. However the A1 and dispatcher info is terrible! Sears communication is terrible. They over schedule and caused our situation to take 2 weeks. Window of 8-5 is unacceptable! I would have missed 7 days of work had I been a working woman.
