I had two problems in two locations. Brad took care of both very efficiently. He did a good job. He knew exactly what I needed and was great at explaining without trying to upsale or pressure me. He was very personable and it was a pleasure to meet him. There are many, many professionals out there that could benefit by watching his approach to the job and people. I am seldom this easily and totally satisfied. We could not be happier.
