Made appointment then they cancelled. This is a booking service only. You call and then they try to find a repair person.
Do not give them a call- they have said that they would be back with a part to repair my dishwasher every day for over a week now and still have not shown back up. AWFUL company. Don’t waste your time.
I had a appointment with Green Hills Appliance repair. I called them at 10:00 in the morning and they said they would be there between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. i waited and waited for a cal. Finally at 7:15 they called and said they could not make it, by then i got someone else to come and they came within 30 minutes and got me up and running. I will never call them again and would suggest no one else would use them.
Called for a repair wanted a $90 deposit before anyone even showed up. No thanks, called another business and they have a $49 service fee when they show up. Acceptable, paying someone before anything happens? Not so much.
BEWARE: Company called 2 hours before scheduled appointment to tell me they did not have a technician available for today, but could come tomorrow. They had wanted a "deposit" over the phone when I made the appointment, but I refused because I said I wouldn't give them money until they showed up. Glad I didn't give them any money since they cancelled the appointment. I would not recommend this place.
