Our Technician was amazing. He made sure that the parts were right and even went out of his way to make another trip to get a part that the manufacturer sent broken. He was extremely skilled and proficient at his work and even gave us very useful tips for how we can better care for our range.
We would like to have him on every future repair call whenever we may need.

Scheduled an appointment to have my dryer looked at because it stopped heating up. They had same day availability and said someone would be out between 8am and 5pm. I waited all day, at 6pm I tried to contact the company. There is no contact information just AI chat bots. I received an automated message the next morning apologizing for the no show with a link to reschedule, the complete absurdity of this company. It's a shame because I used them years ago for a dishwasher repair and the service was great but they have gone down hill. I do not recommend if you actually want service.

I am losing faith in Sears more and more - all the time. Horrible call centers. Appointments that nobody shows up for. Just dismayed because we’ve been Sears customers for over 20+ years.
But … today was different
Our service tech was fantastic! He called ahead of time. He showed up and actually cared about our problem and stayed determined in getting the problem fixed. And fixed it.
He deserves this rating!!
Sears does not.
