I have a Samsung refrigerator that was making an intermittent humming noise that got progressively louder and more frequent. I have tried for 2 1/2 months to get Sears to fix it, but they were so inept, they couldn't fix it. I called Gabe's and they knew immediately what I was describing and reassured me they could fix it. They sent Brian W out. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He went way above and beyond --he even went back to the shop and got the part to fix it, rather than rescheduling another appointment (like Sears would have done). My refrigerator has been noise free for 24 hours now and I'm so thankful. Many thanks to Gabe's Electronics and especially to Brian W.

Sam C. visited my home to fix my Samsung TV. He first called me to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived on time.

He was very well prepared for the visit with all the parts. Asked a few questions and immediately started working on the TV. The TV was fixed.

Sam has a good attitude. He is respectful and professional.

We have used Gabes Electronics to service two of our appliances in the last couple of months.

Our first experience was with Brian W. Brian came out and serviced our LG refrigerator ice maker which was under our Lowe's warranty. He was very professional and had our ice maker fixed within minutes.

Our second experience was with our stove. Thad A. came out and replaced our glass top. Thad A. was our serviceman, he was very very professional and explained everything in detail to me as I watched him repair. As he was putting my cooktop back together he was very thorough and checked all of my elements. Thad noticed that one of the elements wasn't getting good continuity. I at that time decided to replace the stove eye. I spoke with Christine at Gabe's who ordered the part for me. It did take a while to get the part in but I was told that was pretty normal for a GE product. Thad came out and took care of the stove once again and did a wonderful job! Good luck to his trainee, he is in good hands with Thad training him!
