Constraction reviews in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

SD Construction handled everything in our condo remodel in Franklin. New kitchen flooring, cabinets, countertops, all new master bath with tile from tub to ceiling and all new fixtures and flooring. New paint throughout, including kitchen cabinets. They handled all the nit picky repairs like a window screen, door runners, hanging new blinds, etc. We could not have been more pleased! Stevan is meticulous. He really knows his stuff, and there's pretty much no problem that comes up that he can't solve. He's quick, stays within budget, and is super easy to work with. We will definitely use SD Construction again. Highly recommend!

Stevan did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. My husband was out of the country for the entire renovation which was extremely stressful and could have been a nightmare, but thankfully we had chosen Stevan for our project. He removed a load bearing wall to open up our kitchen, installed a new island, cabinets and appliances. He had to relocate several light switches, install new electrical outlets, add new lighting fixtures, etc. His work ethic is amazing and he truly cares about customer satisfaction. He is extremely trustworthy, dependable and stays on schedule. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way our kitchen turned out and definitely will use SD Construction again for our next project!

Stevan did an awesome job on our kitchen. He did the major work like demo. electrical, placing beams on a couple of load bearing walls, etc. and we planned on doing the easier stuff like floors and backsplash. We appreciate the advice he gave us on what to do on our DIY projects. There were a few unexpected things that came up (guess that happens when you gut a kitchen) and he was still able to finish the project on time even with some additional tasks. I definitely recommend SD Construction and will not hesitate to hire Stevan on future remodels.

SD Construction redid my shower and I could not be happier with the results. Exceptional workmanship. Fast and affordable. Plus Stevan and Cynthia and their team are the nicest people. DG

SD Construction is fantastic, I will use them for all my future remodel needs. Stevan did and incredible job in our bathroom and kitchen, helped us figure out the best design, communicated frequently, and helped coach me on the projects I was doing myself. Bonus: SD Construction was also the best price we could find! Highly recommend.

SD Construction did a great job remodeling 2 bathrooms in our house and upgrading lighting in our kitchen. Prices was fair, he was willing to change designs as our ideas changed and work is high quality. I would recommend SD Construction for any of your home renovation needs. We will use the company again in the future for remodeling projects.

We loved working with Stevan to remodel our bathroom. It's an upstairs bath in an old house where nothing is square, but Stevan did a wonderful job tiling our shower and floor and managing all the angles.
Great communication and attention to detail. He finished on time and on budget. We're excited for SD Construction to help us with our kitchen remodel as well!

Stevan did a great job on our back splash in the kitchen and above the showers in the guest and master bathrooms. He was quick, courteous and finished 3 rooms in one day. I highly recommend SD Construction.

Stevan performed outstanding work! He installed hardwood flooring and tile throughout the house. He also installed backsplash tiles and completely renovated a bathroom. He showed up each day on time, came up with money saving solutions and the result was beautiful. I would definitely recommend him to others!

I have never had good luck with home remodeling projects. So when I contacted Stevan, I wasn't sure what to expect. Stevan has now done two home projects for us. I contracted him first to update the upstairs bathroom. He was professional and very reasonable. The second job was back splash in my kitchen. He did an amazing job. I will definitely be keeping his business card for any future remodeling small or large.

Stevan did a great job on our master bath remodel. He and his team were on time, conscientious, patient and neat. We highly recommend him for your remodeling needs and will definitely use him for ours.

We feel very blessed to have found Stephen for our guest bath and kitchen backsplash. It is so hard to find a good contractor, and once you do you don’t want to let them go: Stephen is that guy. He walked me thru all details on the functionality and we went over options before the install so I had no surprises. We called him back to do our kitchen backsplash because he’s so good with tile. Stephen is a hidden gem in Rutherford county, you will love working with him for your next project.

Stevan exemplifies superb workmanship and exceptional professionalism!!! I gave Stevan pictures of the designs I had envisioned for my kitchen/laundry area project and he provided a detailed scope of work and budget, which he proceeded to follow accordingly and deliver promptly, staying within the promised timeline. He was very respectful and communicated with me throughout the project, ensuring the work was completed to my satisfaction. The finished project is just as I imagined and I couldn't be happier, if only I could give 10 stars!!! Pictures are of the kitchen/laundry area before and after.

Stevan is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the remodel and the best part is that he is the one doing the work and is on site every day. He did a complete remodel of my master bath. He moved walls, plumbing, electrical and a/c vents. He installed all the tile and helped me with vendors for the granite and someone to install the hardwood floors in the bedroom. He is in constant communication with you about the work and will offer suggestions if he sees something that would work better for your design. I was thoroughly impressed and plan to use Stevan on any future projects. Waiting for shower glass and mirrors, but the pictures are of the work that Stevan did.

Stevan has done several home projects for my family. He remodeled our bathroom, built an island in our kitchen and tore down a wall downstairs for us. He has done a great job and is both dependable and affordable. He provides quality work and I will continue to use him for future home renovations!

Stevan remodeled my kitchen and bathroom!! The transformation is unbelievable and he did it a a very reasonable price! He genuinely cares about the work he provides his customers and it’s at the highest quality!! Highly recommend him!!!
