Our rating would be 4.5 stars if we could give half stars. They weren’t a perfect 5 because there were issues with the measurements in the order placed with the factory. With that being said, Justin was there to ensure that the right-sized awning was ultimately made. Also, Justin wasn’t pushy trying to close the deal onsite like the other vendor was. Justin allowed us to ask questions and he responded with information and pictures as requested. He gave us a website to pick from a multitude of fabric patterns and colors vs. only allowing us to pick from a handful of choices in a book like the other vendor. Also a difference with The Covered Patio vs. the other vendor is that they offered two options of remote controlled, retractable awnings. We wanted the fully encased awning when retracted vs. an awning that had a fabric flap hanging down that would get discolored over time. This model of awning looks GREAT on our siding when retracted. We also love how it works and looks when extended. The installer Lee and his assistant were very good. The installation was easy for them; they secured the electric cord neatly along our wall and cleaned up after themselves. They asked us if we were happy with the pitch or if we needed it adjusted. Justin also followed up to confirm that we were satisfied with the product and installation. We can definitely recommend The Covered Patio.

I called around and received bids from several companies to screen in our back patio. We chose this company because the photos on the website and this is what they specialized in. Many other companies offered screened in patios secondary. We had some miscommunication issues in the beginning, but were able to get them all sorted out. Josh and his team did an amazing job with installation. They were very meticulous and took their time to do a proper installation. We are very happy with the end result.
