⚠️ Avoid this electrical company. They don't even have "electrical" listed in their services below. They leave behind failed permits and refuse to make it right. Then they claim “no entry” when no notice was ever given to 3 different addresses.
I didn’t even choose them Meritage Homes did almost 5 years ago and now homeowners are paying the price.
This is the same issue being covered by NewsChannel 5 Nashville: homes built with attic fire hazards and no one stepping up to fix it.
Unacceptable.

This company doesn't even deserve one star! My disconnect box just failed again for the second time. They got their men out there cutting wires off of the cable so they can fit into their areas which is no no no. And they knowingly installed over 200 disconnect box in my community knowing they were wrong! Now here we are 5 years in fires are popping off in the homes because of their neglects and they haven't learned their lesson! The community is now going to be involved in how we can sue because they are putting people's lives & homes in hands way - they legitimately know about it and they don't care. This is one of the most neglectful companies I've ever come across stay away!

The Romanoff technician came out to inspect an electrical issue with our dryer, which hadn’t been heating for over a month. Although the manufacturer confirmed the problem was due to faulty home wiring (installed by Romanoff), the Romanoff tech insisted it wasn’t their issue. After the visit, the dryer mysteriously started working again, meaning the tech likely fixed the wiring without admitting fault. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and misleading information make this a 1-star experience.
