I was very pleased with the work performed by Durafloors. They were very patient and professional as we mixed stains to create the hardwood color we were looking for. All of their work was done with quality. I will definitely use them in the future.

Cannot recommend this company enough. They were extremely professional. They also were very patient as we picked out the flooring that we wanted and brought by many types of samples for us. Their prices were phenomenal and the quality of work is top notch. Whenever someone comes over, they comment on our flooring and stairs. 10/10.

These guys are absolutely fantastic! Did a fabulous job on my carpet and they repaired my wood floor which I was really concerned about. If you need any sort of flooring done and you want to make sure it’s done right for a fair price, I would highly recommend Dura Floors. Great communication and service is head and shoulders above the rest.

We hired Dura Floors because we saw what a wonderful job they did replacing my daughter’s floors after water damage. They always arrived on time or early starting with the estimate all the way through installation. The installers were considerate to make sure they covered the carpeted stairs that they had to use all day since the job was on the second floor . They worked like a well oiled machine and cleaned as they went along. They moved all the furniture back to its original place when they were done. We had two spots that my husband wanted adjusted and they came right back out and fixed the issues. We love our new floors and couldn’t be happier. The owner, Acassio T. Is great to work with and when we need flooring somewhere else in the house, he’s our go to guy. You can’t go wrong with Dura Floors.

We are very pleased with our floors. Due to a plumbing leak we had to have a section replaced, then the adjoining rooms had to be refinished to match the new floor. Plus another room was refloored to match. Kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, dining room, laundry room, master bedroom and a large closet. Total job completed in just one week from move-out to move-in. The crew was experienced, professional and detail oriented. Our contact, Jeremy, was punctual, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. Thank you for our "new" old house.

I called this company, and I told owner what I needed. He agreed to come look at my flooring project on a a Friday. He never showed up. I called an hour after his missed appointment time, and he had no idea/forgot my appointment. He apologized and came the following Monday. He took pictures and said he would have a quote to me by end of business day. I never heard from him, so I called him, and he seemed confused as to who I was. I reminded him of my project, and he once again apologized, and said he would get with the worker who would do my job, and either get me a quote for the project, or call to come by Friday so the worker could see the floor. Once again, never heard from him. This was a small job of repairing some wood floor according to him, "maybe taking a couple of hours." This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. If you do not want to take the project, be a professional business owner, and just tell me. He did not do ANYTHING he said he would. Extremely disgusted by their lack of professionalism. I would never recommend them for anything. They do not do what they say they will.

This is a scam company. I have floor installing with them and they will do everything do not do your warranty. I have flooring that is opening up in the connection and they blame the moisture. I have brand new house. Also, most of the worker don't communicate properly, they have never told what is their job and there is disconnect between Manager and the Worker. The worker will show up without proper woods box or equipment and you have reschedule the appointment. It is waste of time. Stay away and go some there else.

BE AWARE! They tried to SCAM us, We came in contact with Dura floors through a contractor. We paid for brand new carpet and 8 pound padding. After moving in we had to call them multiple times due to poor installation and that’s when we found out they never changed padding. There was no explanation or apologies as to how this happened. Very poor customer service, will NEVER work with them again or recommend them to anyone!
