Tile selection is awesome. Customer service was ok reason trying to correct our bill. The tile crew did an awesome job but there was no clean up. The tile crew left cut tile in my yard, did not clean up my stairs where they walked. They left nails in our yard and even poured dirty tile water in my neighbors grass.. This all unacceptable. We are hesitant about using their crew again if this is their common practice.
Searched and searched across Murfreesboro for someone skilled enough, and available to perform tile repair in my shower after damage from replacing leaking pipes. I will admit after sharing photos and giving a description of what services I were requesting, it took some time to get a response from the initial rep I spoke to. But once I got connected to Bill and Randy (not the gentlemen I was first in contact with), the service, communication, and updates were superb! From the willingness of Randy to come out and look at my situation, to getting their process procedure and what materials are needed, to the introduction to their contractors, to Randy's consistent monitoring of the work and Bill's transparency of the pricing, to the straightforward scheduling and sticking to it, to the fair pricing itself (I received some WILD quotes from other bidders), it was a dream to work with this team. I plan to do a complete bathroom redesign in the future, and City Tile will be at the top of my list.
City Tile has a huge selection of flooring and tile both of which I purchased for my new construction home. They carried an engineered wood floor that was the perfect color that I couldn't find anywhere else in town or around Nashville. Also, their customer service is even better than their products. The appliance company damaged a lot of our wood flooring while installing and city tile did an amazing job repairing/replacing boards. They also were able to repair an area where my cat damaged the floor at the entry door when trapped upstairs. They showed up the same day I called. I'm thrilled with the service received. I had the privilege of working with Ashton and Randy who are fantastic employees!!
Completed the work on our entire house--replaced carpet and retiled 3 bathrooms. The workers were all very efficient and worked quickly. The end result was fantastic! Mary and Robyn were extremely helpful to me in the process!
