Well to start off, getting anyone to arrive when they say they will is almost impossible. The fact that Mr. England did exactly what he said, when he said, was an A+ in my book. His knowledge of building structures, proper drainage, and the quality of materials used in our home was just the start. He gave us recommendations for a quality dehumidifier for my basement. He even gave me some great ideas on landscaping in the future. It was like talking to someone from HGTV. Highly recommend and a great value.
