Dalton did a major project for our house. The work was great. We had several changes during the process. He and his team do great work and were committed to making sure we were fully satisfied. We could not be happier. Have already transferred our maintenance contract to Primm's and they will do all our landscaping going forward.

The company is extremely creative in design layout, plant and tree selection, and color coordination; plus they offer a full range of services including flowerbed design, irrigation, water drainage, borders and concrete work. Primm's came highly recommended by nearly all the neighbors in my new neighborhood. Primm's provided a comprehensive CAD rendering of the proposed landscape plan, after consulting with a well known local botanist. It included a lighting plan and irrigation plan in addition to the landscape design. Very, very professional.

I used Primm’s Landscaping Company and I am exceptionally pleased. They exceeded my expectations. They created three new garden beds which they bordered with pavers and installed a wonderful patio of Tennessee flag stones. They were professional, courteous, listened to my plans and requests. I made a few changes mid project and they implemented them seamlessly. They took great measures to install everything to last with the gravel base. One of my concerns was my neighbor’s yard. They respected the property lines and never crossed it. I thought my yard would be torn apart, but it wasn’t! I could hardly tell from the yard that two weeks worth of equipment and materials as well as all the trips back and forth over it was performed. I am a bit picky and they did not disappoint. The management staff came by several times during the project to make sure everything was going well. I will surely use them again for any future projects.

They gave us a new Design for our front flower bed and took out old shrubs, bushes, and crepe myrtle trees that had been here for years. Our new design looks fabulous with the new edging they had put in for us.
We will definitely use them for any future issues we have.

Excellent yard work and customer service. Always pleasant and understanding of our yard needs!

We were looking for an Irrigation Company to do our yard. Our neighbors had Primm's Landscaping to do their yard and were very happy with them. We contacted Dalton Primm and set up an appointment to look at our yard for an irrigation system. We were also having water drainage issues in our backyard. They not only did an outstanding job on the irrigation system but took care of the water issue too. I would highly recommend Primm Landscaping.

I reached out to Primm's to inquire about having them take over from my prior landscaping company. I was greeted by Mattie and immediately felt a sense of professionalism. She explained that they would provide a quote after viewing my property from satellite images. (Pretty neat.)

They provided a quote that included complete lawn care including weeding the flower beds that was very fair in price. They let me know they used a preferred provider for weed and mosquito control. I wanted to consolidate all the care under one company, so I agreed to use the service provider they recommended. Dalton gave me a strong sense of confidence in the service and I decided to trust his recommendation.

When Primm's arrived on the property, the lawn maintenance person walked the property with me and we discussed the needs. He spent time in gaining an understanding of my expectations and then took the time to do the job perfectly. (I use the work perfectly because there is no other way to describe his efforts.)

Later the same day, the weed and pest control team shows up and we walk the property and he has a tech come out that explains all of the process and spends an extraordinary amount of time treating the lawn. (I've used TruGreen in the past and there is NO comparison in the quality.)

Primm's has a customer for life and I would recommend their services to all of my friends and neighbors!

Had Primm put in an irrigation system at the house. Entire process from quote to invoice to install was flawless. Elliott really lead the process from beginning to end. He knows customers service and you can tell Primm is dedicated to delivering it. Most definitely would use again.

We have been using Primm’s for our lawn care needs for more than 5 years. Dalton Primm is great to work with. He is a hands-on business owner who works closely with both his employees and customers. The gentlemen he employs are top-notch—friendly, hard-working, and anxious to please their customers. Last year, Primm’s designed and installed all new landscaping in our back yard. Just this week, they have done the same in our front yard. We are so pleased with the new look of our home! They are always particular about the quality of the plants they install. As the installation crew was working on our front landscaping, the foreman wasn’t pleased with the look of a Japanese maple that was going in. He immediately sent a picture of the plant
to Dalton, who agreed with him. There was a new and much better looking tree on site before the day was over. That is the kind of service you can expect when you employ Primm’s Landscaping. We highly recommend this local business to everyone!

Primm's recently installed an irrigation system for us and we couldn't be more pleased. They were responsive when we asked for a quote and the wait time for installation was reasonable. The price was about what we expected. When the crew got started, they worked diligently until the job was complete.
