Called on a Friday and by Monday morning he was out to my house. Very professional, courteous, and clean. When he was finished he even blew off my driveway where some debris came off his trailer when unloading his grinder. I will definitely keep his info and use him for any other stumps that need removal.

We had a few trees that we cut down and all that was left were the stumps. So not knowing anyone here, we googled stump grinders and Stevens Stump Grinding popped up. So we called him.. What I can tell you about this young man, he has the best customer service, his communication was by far the best we have encountered in a long time. Steve set a time and a date to come over and and he not only showed up, he was right on time. We would highly recommend Stevens Stump Grinding for any of your stump grinding!!

Steven was very responsive and showed up when he said he would. Very nice guy and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services again.

We got a quote in the same day we requested one.

Steven was so accommodating he fit us in the very next day for the work my wife and I wanted done.

For the next two days it had rained and Steven was always the first reach out to let me know he was going to postpone until the next day. I was never left wondering whether he was showing up or not. It was fantastic communication!

The work done was great! After the grinding he even backfilled the various holes, divots, etc that were made so there was nothing I had to do after he left except enjoy my flat lawn.

This last point is one that really stands out for me. After he finished the work we discussed *he* decided his original estimate was too high for the work performed and dropped it down some.

This was after already quoting what I thought was a fair and generous price.

That kind of honesty and fairness is hard to come by and really stood out to me.

I won't go to anyone else for any future stump grinding work I need as I finish getting the rest of my property cleared out and cleaned up.

Steven was very quick to respond to my inquiry. He came out exactly when he said he would, quoted me a great price on the spot, and had my two stumps gone within 30 minutes. Highly recommended!

Did a great job in a short period of time. The crew was very professional and conscious about not taking down healthy beneficial trees. Mischa and his crew did a weeks worth of work in a few hours. Highly recommended to take care of overgrown areas on your property.

When snow storm knocked down a tree and blocked neighbor's driveway, Robert was very efficient and affordable in helping remove the tree. It was done so quickly! Already asked them to schedule me in to do some trimming on a few more trees around the yard. Finally found a tree guy I can trust! Thank you for a wonderful service!

Robert came out and gave me a estimate that surpassed everyone else. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Robert said it would be a few days and I was worried about a HUGE limb falling on my house and when he seen the limb he said he wants nothing to happen to my house and he called his crew and took care of all my trees that day. He was proactive instead of reactive and he seen I had small children that they love to play in the yard and he said he is going to make sure everything is safe for them also!!! I have never met a stranger that made me and my family feel like he was part of the family. He was so respectful of my property that he went over the yard with a fine tooth comb and made sure there was no big debris that my kids or myself and my wife would trip on or anything. When he was done he did such an amazing job at a price that did not bankrupt me nor my wife we talked about him doing my gutters also. I have problems with my gutters over flowing because of the trees drop so many leaves but once again he gave my a awesome price and he also did my gutters and matched the color!!! I am so grateful for Robert and his crew that I will definitely be calling him again when my trees need trimming. Robert did a great job for us cutting down top of a tree close to our house. His pricing was reasonable and his did a great job of cleaning up all the debri. He climbed to the top and cut it perfectly. I'm amazed by his skills! We definitely recommend him to anyone who need tree removal service.

Robert & Crystal were the absolute best to work with! Great company, great price, got to work quick. We had our fence being redone and they got over as soon as possible to have the tree down before the new fence was up! Great communication back and forth to ensure everything was going well! This tree service company probably saved us thousands of dollars and prevented a potential disaster on our property. Rob is like a precision surgeon who carefully and safely removed those dangerous limbs without fear. So glad we hired him.

Neighbors tree fell on our detached garage. Damage included 5 holes in roof. Called Rob at 0820 on Memorial Day, they came right out and were finished at noon. Excellent service, cleanup. Very pleased!

My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Robert and his business. He came out and gave an estimate quickly, stayed in contact with us and came out the morning he said. We had him cut 4 trees down, two of which overhung the garage. His talent of cutting down trees impressed us at much as his competitive pricing. We kept some of the shavings to fill a low spot in our yard, and Rob and his crew cleaned the rest. The only reason we knew he was here is because the trees were gone and his Smiley signature mark was left! Great guy!! Awesome service!!!

They just ground up 6 stumps for me. They are higher than others in the area

They did great on the tree side of things, but highly disrespectful and super unprofessional. Dust, twigs and things left all over our cars. Wouldn’t move so I could move the cars, my wife literally called the police…
All could have been prevented with a simple professional knock “hey we are trimming trees would you guys mind moving your car?” I did not hire nor would I recommend. Wil be contacting the insurance company in the morning for home and auto damage.
