They came a little before the scheduled time , AND they called first to make sure arriving early was agreeable. It was. The tech was very helpful and explained things to me as he tested it worked. I agreed to do th repairs that he found and I will let you know how things turned out once we dry a load of laundry !! We will be using them again guaranteed!!

Dryer Vent Wizard did a professional job in cleaning out our three-years accumulation of lint. Pre- and post tests quantified the loss and restoration of air flow and temperature due to lint obstruction. Vertical dryer vents such as ours MUST be cleaned at least every two years to keep electricity costs down and eliminate the fire hazard from lint. A quality job.
