Logan did a great job with my area rug. He came in, did what needed to be done and got out of my hair in a record time! Would definitely use his services again in the future.

Tucker was amazing! He treated our living rug and it looked brand new. There was some slight discoloration but he came out a few days later and treated again at no charge and the rug is perfect! Great service! Thank you to the Tucker!

Chandler came back with my rug that he picked up last week and took with him to clean. I want to say, that it looks amazing. He did a wonderful job. He made sure I received updates throughout the time he had it & always made sure to tell me how the cleaning was going. We had our carpets cleaned a few weeks ago with a few pet stain treatment areas and still had a little odor in one spot. Logan came out and treated that one spot and was really quick and efficient and so kind! Highly recommend!

Kalob came out yesterday to do our carpet cleaning and did a fantastic job. Great guy, very honest and great advice, arrived early, and our carpet looks like brand new! Our vacuum couldn't get some of the pet hair up that was deep in the carpet fibers and also had foot traffic in the carpet where we walk a lot that the vacuum couldn't fix and it all looks like new now. Thank you!

I was able to go online and schedule service with little effort. The tech, Logan, showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. He was very informative about services and kind. He was able to lift some stains that have been a booger for others to get out. I’m very well pleased with the services Logan provided today. It was definitely a pleasure meeting him today.

Chandler and Tristan were great! We had 5 large rugs and before they dried they were noticeably cleaner! The price seemed a bit higher than expected but the customer service made up for it.

These guys are great. I've had a couple of their cleaners out and each time they have been really personable and informative! I really like that they personalized the cleanings for me and have different treatment options and price points to choose from. It's not like steam cleaning where it can smell musty afterwards if your house tends to be on the humid side. This kind of cleaning actually removes those smells! I highly recommend if you live by the river.

Thomas did an amazing job in our two bedroom apartment!! Our 18yr Lhasa apsol decided to start going potty around the house due to old age he isn’t able to hold his pee as long and our home started to reek of urine odor. Now our home smells good as new thanks to Thomas!! We will definitely be using their services again. You can see the difference before and after (unfortunately didn’t get before pics but this is the after results) our carpet is fluffy & bright again. Thanks again!! See you soon.

I have mixed opinions about the experience.
Our technician did a good job, and was pretty quick. However, there were several spots that were missed. I won't blame him, though, because I did not point them out specifically.
My biggest complaint was that I felt deceived for the pricing. I had called to get a quote and was told I would pay "no more than $40" for the one room I had. I was explicit that it was for cat urine. When the technician arrived, I was told at minimum, I had to pay $150 (with packages costing up to $300 for one room). I understood there was an upcharge for the urine removal, however, I was very disappointed that there was such a great discrepancy between the two prices. $20-$30 more, I understand, but $100 was excessive.
The customer service agent did say he was new at his job, so I will just blame it on that, but I felt very taken advantage of. The phone call to book the appointment also took 15+ minutes, so be aware of that when you call.
If I were to use this company again, I would be very explicit and ask if there were going to be any upcharges and be very very explicit when they arrive about what needs to be done.

The carpets look brand new and smells like a new home -We had the pleasure of meeting Xavier , he is a technician with this company, Xavier is extremely professional, punctual and tactful - Xavier explained the process to us in full detail and went out of his way to work through obstacles, Xavier waited for over an hour to iron out details and his professional nature was quite comforting after a long trip across the country!! Xavier is courteous and I’m blown away by the etiquette of this company!
