I booked online over the weekend for a Monday morning appointment. Summer called me personally Monday morning to ensure that I understood the billing, which I REALLY appreciated. Kane arrived perfectly on time, explained the whole process, took measurements and provided quotes, and got straight to work. He was incredibly personable and helpful and let me know that if I am not satisfied with the carpet cleaning that they will come back out without charge. He was respectful of my space and time and overall very helpful. Would definitely use this service again and would specifically request Kane!

Tucker did a great job. He was professional and efficient. Our carpets look like they are brand new. We are very happy!

Tech arrived on time and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. Lewis was courteous and professional. Safe-Dry uses a dry cleaning method that at first I was a little skeptical of. Fear not friends, the eco/pet friendly chemicals that Safe-Dry used eliminated all pet stains and odors. Great first time experience with this company!

Eli and Jason was very nice. They both were very apologetic for having to come back out and fix what another technician had done. They both were very courteous and made sure I was happy with their work. They cleaned up any skills that may have hit the floor. And also cleaned up a mess the last technician left. Jason is in training but you can hear that he's going to be an excellent technician because of some of the questions he kept asking Eli about the service And what needed to be done. Though I'm no cleaning expert for carpet nor furniture Eli was very patient with him when he explained things to him and then ask him did he understand.Thanks so much for the excellent customer service. Eli advised that if for some reason when the furniture dries I'm not happy to call them back.

Xavier was amazing!! Went above and beyond. Was super helpful as I’m about to have a baby he got every stain out and was super friendly and appropriate in front of our kids! Definitely will request him again. This was our first time using this company and he was very generous as well with his time and expertise!

I called a had an estimate- fell in love with Derrick and requested him for my carpet cleaning needs. He presented as professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! I was very pleased with the service after he completed the cleaning and would highly recommend and would definitely use this again! Derrick needs a raise or promotion because he definitely did a 5 Star job! 🌟

Terrible experience, to start off we were told $99 if it was less than 300 sq feet in each room and the total was only 226 square feet too clean all together. Raul said there’s a $50 high traffic fee which was never mentioned at all. He said its $99 for a coupon and he wrote down the price was $145 which doesn’t line up at all. After discussing it with my girlfriend he agreed to bring it down but was upset about it. After discussing the price again and as i was signing the papers he told me i was a tuff crowd and thought it was funny and was acting like i was being difficult when i was only being fair. As he was cleaning my carpet he wore his shoes the entire time. All he did was spray my carpet and mop it. The carpet does not smell clean at all its literally like he only sprayed water and when my girlfriend walked in the house she said it smelt terrible in the apartment. After he was done he kept pressuring me to leave a review on google and even selected 5 stars for me. I told him i need time to assess the work and that I questioned the equipment he was using because it didn’t look like equipment that would properly clean my carpet. As i held the door for him to take the equipment out and as i went to close the door he started to get upset again calling me a tuff crowd and complaining about a customer.

Cleaning solutions are pet friendly, no chemical smell, and they got us on their schedule right away. Pricing was clear and upfront before any work was done. Tucker was amazing - friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the whole procedure. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Logan did a great job with my area rug. He came in, did what needed to be done and got out of my hair in a record time! Would definitely use his services again in the future.

Tucker was amazing! He treated our living rug and it looked brand new. There was some slight discoloration but he came out a few days later and treated again at no charge and the rug is perfect! Great service! Thank you to the Tucker!

Chandler came back with my rug that he picked up last week and took with him to clean. I want to say, that it looks amazing. He did a wonderful job. He made sure I received updates throughout the time he had it & always made sure to tell me how the cleaning was going. I am beyond impressed with his customer care & I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I would ask for CHANDLER if I were you!

We had our carpets cleaned a few weeks ago with a few pet stain treatment areas and still had a little odor in one spot. Logan came out and treated that one spot and was really quick and efficient and so kind! Highly recommend!

Kalob came out yesterday to do our carpet cleaning and did a fantastic job. Great guy, very honest and great advice, arrived early, and our carpet looks like brand new! Our vacuum couldn't get some of the pet hair up that was deep in the carpet fibers and also had foot traffic in the carpet where we walk a lot that the vacuum couldn't fix and it all looks like new now. Thank you!

I was able to go online and schedule service with little effort. The tech, Logan, showed up on time and did a phenomenal job. He was very informative about services and kind. He was able to lift some stains that have been a booger for others to get out. I’m very well pleased with the services Logan provided today. It was definitely a pleasure meeting him today.
