AC Comfort Solutions has been wonderful to deal with. I started with an emergency AC problem which they addressed the same day and switched to them to do all of my HVAC maintenance on multiple units at two locations. Very professional and accommodating.

This was my first time using AC Comfort Solutions and I don’t plan on it being my last time. From my first call to set up an appointment all the way to the end of the service call, everything was very professional. Seth was on time and did a great job of servicing our unit and giving me information regarding what I needed to do going forward. Another company had told me that I needed to replace my Trane unit that is only seven years old and was working. The part they told me I needed would’ve been the first time I replaced a part and would only cost $200. They insisted that it would not be worth repairing the unit and for me to just wait until it stopped working and then replace the entire unit. I appreciate Seth’s honesty and professionalism in evaluating our situation.

Once it was determined we needed a new HVAC system, it was promptly scheduled and they arrived timely. They went above and beyond when certain parts didn't come in on time. They stayed until the job was complete and came back the next morning to make sure everything was perfect. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are honest and trustworthy and gave us a reasonable price on the system. Outstanding customer service!

I highly recommend AC Comfort Solutions. Our heat went out overnight leading into a Sunday that we were heading out of town and with freezing temperatures coming up. Chris with AC was able to come take a look that day for us (for half the price of the service fee that others were charging on a Sunday) and was very quick to diagnose the problem and make sure we were taken care of the next day. He was very honest, didn’t try to upsell us on anything even though we were in an urgent situation, and the heat was fixed within a day for a reasonable price. We’ll definitely be using AC again for our future needs.

I reached out to this company last year as I wanted a locally owned and operated company. I got on a maintenance program that has been great. They are very responsive and give me reminders. My last company always sent someone different and they never knew what had previously been done. Their excuse was always that they had just recently changed their system. UGH! It was frustrating. That has all changed with AC Comfort Solutions. They remember my name and the technician has always been the same but they also seem to keep good records so if someone different does come I don't think it will be an issue. I highly recommend this company.

Just had Chris come by this week for my semi-annual A/C unit inspection. They’re always honest and straightforward. Chris and his team are the best!

It is so hard to find an HVAC company that is trustworthy and understanding of your financial needs. Most companies want to just sell you a totally new system. AC Comfort Solutions helped to find the best remedy that is most cost effective, while at the same time explaining what our future expenses may be. Brandon was great! He helped at two of our places and they were so responsive. 5 stars from me!

AC Comfort Solutions always takes care of us. We heard a strange noise coming from our brand new unit on a Saturday afternoon. Within a few hours, they were out here to check everything and reassure us the unit was working properly. Before leaving they said to call any time if we have issues and they'll make sure we're taken care of. Very responsive, kind, and professional! They put a focus on customer service, which we greatly appreciate!

I cannot say enough good things about Chris! We were in a bind after our heat had stopped working and it was 35 degrees outside! Chris was professional and very responsive. I called him at 11am and he was at our home by 1:30pm. He replaced a small item and we were up and running immediately! Chris even called me the next day to make sure our system was still working properly. I will be using them for all of my future HVAC needs. Very reasonably priced as well!

We have used AC Comfort twice now, once to replace a module on our AC unit, and another for scheduled service.

The first visit impressed is so much, from initially contacting the company, the communication on scheduling and dispatch, to Our tech, Brandon. He took the time to explain to my wife what was going on, what needed to happen as a result and repaired the problem so promptly and professionally that we immediately signed on for their routine service plan that they schedule with us twice a year. We just had that first service call this morning and both Brandon and Daniel were great, once again. They checked everything out, charged a low system (a separate system from the one they worked on previously), found some things that they wanted to put on our radar and gave is a quote for that work for my wife and I to discuss later, all with reasonable prices and ZERO pressure sales tactics.

All in all, I would recommend this company, and have, to all of my friends and loved ones. They truly are customer service driven in a world where that concept no longer seems important. They are a blessing.

Very happy with their service. Chris and Branden were prompt and quickly found the problem with my A/C. I have an older unit and appreciated that they repaired and did not try to up-sell me to a new unit. Professional and courteous -- great communication. Will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs.

LOVE AC Comfort Solutions! Every part of the company is very well organized, and Chris definitely knows his stuff. And there is no pressure to "buy a new unit".

In the middle of one of our heat waves, my AC stopped working. I texted Chris on a Sunday afternoon. He texted me right back. Even though he had big job scheduled on Monday, he said he would fit me in, probably get here between 12 and 2p.

As is the way with big jobs, unexpected things happen and Chris didn't make it to my house until 5p and he had to drive a long way to get here. But Debbie in the office had called to tell me he was running late. With their text notification system, I also got a text and I could track him on their client portal. So instead of pushing me out to the next day, he worked through dinner and then did his long drive home. Who does that these days?!

Debbie in the office is lovely and efficient. Chris always does excellent work and communicates what he's doing. He even teaches me because I love to hang out with him while he’s working and just learn!

I have the company on an annual maintenance contract because I was not consistently remembering to have it done twice a year - to my detriment. The annual fee is very affordable, and it gives me a discount on work/repairs done throughout the year.

Best of all . . . they’re just good people, and they care about the quality of the work they do and the service they provide which is often hard to find these days. Clearly, I can’t say enough good about this organization!

I found Chris via a neighborhood social media platform, while asking for recommendations. I've used AC Solutions twice now, and have them maintain our hvac system with their Service Plan. Chris troubleshot issues I was having Smart Thermostats. On two occasions, he quickly determined the issue (and they weren't the same) and resolved. Super honest, fair pricing, and prompt. So do yourself a solid, don't waste time hoping they're good, this guy IS good.

I got ahold of Brandon and told him the issue I was having and he came out almost immediately and told me my unit was very old and not worth fixing because of the problems. He made me a quote which was very very affordable compared to 3 other companies. I approved the change out and he went and got the equipment and done the install almost immediately and stayed very late to get it done because he knew my wife worked from home and needed air in her office. I Recommend AC comfort solutions to anyone needing AC work. Brandon is very Professional, Honest and hard working. Thanks for all your great work. Had to call on Ac comfort solutions again on another unit on my house that went out and Brandon worked hard figuring out the unit and the parts I needed to fix it which was compressor and reverse valve got the parts and fixed my unit in a very timely matter.again thank you for all y’all do

I have used this company several times and have been very happy with the service provided. I have been amazed with how quickly they respond to a request for service. When our heat went out on Christmas Day they were here the very next day. When our air conditioner went out in the middle of a heat wave they responded to our text message on Friday night within 15 minutes and showed up Saturday afternoon. Their pricing is excellent and we like their maintenance program where they check out our system at the beginning of each season.

I have used AC Comfort Solutions for the past several years for biannual maintenance and one HVAC issue.

Impressed! Chris Roberts wants your business and he deserves it - do yourself a favor and call these guys. Honest, dependable, caring, fair and reasonable. He came out after another company gave me a bogus ridiculous repair quote and quote for a new unit. He got my Ac up and running for a couple hundred bucks so my work from home renter could do her job until I could get the unit replaced and he applied the repair charge to the new unit price so it didn’t cost anything. Before I had the new unit replaced, a late bid came through that was a hair less and a unit that I preferred. I felt bad but was going to go that route and just pay Chris for the repair he had completed for me. I explained the situation to him and he contacted the manufacturer of the unit and was able to get a comparable price. Sometimes these companies don’t seem like they care all that much about you or getting your business - this guy really values your business and goes above and beyond. Brandon the installer was superb. I could say a lot more about my experience with these guys but the review would be too long. It’s great to find people you can rely on who care.

Service was much better than expected - after hours on a Friday evening. Chris was professional and efficient in his diagnosis. Will definitely continue to use their services.

This is by far the most honest, knowledgeable, and efficient HVAC company I have ever used. Chris is simply the BEST. I never feel like he is taking advantage of me or just trying to sell like I have with so many other companies in this area. I'll never use anyone else.
