Heat went out in the middle of the night during snow/ice storm! He arrived sooner than the expected time, was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. He thoroughly explained the problem and the solution! He also gave tips to avoid the problem in the future! Rated a 10 of 10!!

Great service from Chris. Woke up to no AC. Called a large local company which we had used many times. Was told they could work me in, but couldn't narrow down an approximate time. This was 10 AM. I understood the work in, but really wasn't pleased with waiting until possibly night for someone. After many reviews, I called Chris. He came at 12:30 and took care of the problem. I was thrilled with his service and with his kindness. Such a nice person. If need be, call him. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Chris.
