We’ve hired Brian and his company for well over a decade at three different properties, and he’s honest, kind to our kids, and always done a incredible job.

Brian fit us in, diagnosed, and fixed our a/c issue so quickly. To be able to do that takes excellent knowledge and skill, as well as great customer service . I'll call him again every time going forward!

We just had a new American Standard unit installed, Brian and his team were very professional, we couldn’t be happier with the service.

We purchased our air conditioner from Brian Sane 6 years ago and our air compressor recently broke down. Our homeowners policy was going to charge us for a new unit that was too big and very expensive. We contacted Brian who came out on a Saturday morning and told us the unit they were trying to sell us was not the right fit and would cause us more problems and he replaced the compressor with the right size unit within a few days at a fraction of the cost. He set us up on a maintenance program as well to keep it serviced to prevent future problems. Brian is a man of integrity who stands behind his product and who has great customer service and will only replace what needs to be fixed in a timely fashion. So rare to find in this day and age. Highly recommend Brian Sain Heating and Air I would give them a 10 star rating !

Our most recent experience: We were told by another bigger company that we needed to replace a part for about $1900 or just replace the whole system. Brian came and repaired that same part for less than $300. The same day that I called him.

I’m writing this review to let everyone know what an outstanding business Brian Sain runs with his HVAC company. After a power surge in the middle of the night knocked out my AC unit, Brian came to my house with very little delay and promptly had the issue fixed.

I just moved to Murfreesboro and did not know anyone here. I wanted someone to review the heating and cooling system and someone recommended Brian. He is an outstanding young man. He shoots you straight respects your property and does exactly what he says he will do. As long as I live here Brian is my ac guy. Oh and Robbie who works with him is outstanding also. I highly recommend him.

Brian is such a professional and it’s clear he has been doing this for a long time. Always shots straight and didn’t try and screw us over by telling us we needed an expensive new unit when some things could be done with our current unit to extend its life. Also didn’t over sale what could be done to our unit. High recommend from our family.

Brian is honest, dependable, quick to respond, and very professional. He replaced our upstairs unit a couple of months ago with top brand system for less that what others wanted to install cheaper brand for. Our downstairs unit stopped blowing air couple of nights ago and I called him and he came out next day to evaluate. He wasn’t able to repair until the next day and showed up at 7 PM and worked til almost 10 PM to get us up and running. Cannot say enough good things about Brian Sain! He was recommended to us and we have recommended him to others and will continue to do so!!

Brian was recommended to me a few years ago by a coworker and I couldn’t ask for any better. He has repaired issues at a fair and affordable price when other companies were quick to try to sell me a new unit simply due to the age of mine so after finding that my 27+ y/o unit finally needed replacing, there’s no one I trust more than Brian and his team. He’s always quick to get back with me and shows up when he says. Yesterday he and his team installed my new American Standard HVAC system and I couldn’t be happier with the job done. Over the years I’ve learned how difficult it is to find companies that will do a quality job and at a fair price so I definitely appreciate Brian and his team and will gladly recommend him.

Brian went above and beyond installing a new HVAC system for us. He communicated at every point along the way and even returned a couple days later to perform a quality check on his services. Definitely recommend sharing his contact information for family/friends that need help.

I am so disappointed. I never write reviews, but Brian stood at my front door selling me on how he is always on time, and when he makes a commitment, he lives up to it. Well, NOT true. I got the quote from him for HVAC work, Plumbing work, and total quote was for almost $8K. I never tried to negotiate, I took him at his professional word that this was a fair price. I accepted the bid, and let him know I was excited to get the work done. Only to have him cancel the job saying someone on his team got hurt and he was backed up. I said is this pushing it off for later or just a straight out cancel. He said a straight cancel. I wasn't in a huge hurry, wasn't asking for a better price, wasn't ANYTHING but please tell me how much it would cost to get this work done. SO DISAPPOINTING. If you tell me you are a man of your word and always live up to it as part of your sales pitch, LIVE up to it, or don't use it in your sales pitch. What else are you saying that cannot be trusted.
