The technician went straight to work once they were showed where all the ends were. They failed to inform me that they took paint off in two different areas of the the house when removing the air vents. Technician did not wear mask.

I spoke with Mr. B (he is a very nice gentleman) when I called to set an appointment. I was informed who exactly would be coming to clean my ducts, they work for Mr. B, they are not subcontracted out strangers!! The 2 gentleman came to my house at the scheduled time with smiles on and got to work. They found a problem with my flex, me being in the dark about ductwork, they explained and advised on what I can do. All is fixed and my vents are clean! I had no idea how much clean ducts improved my home’s air. I prefer to keep my business dealings local and family (not big commercial) when available and this is one of those great finds in Murfreesboro.

I just wanted you to know that Roger and Jeffrey were absolutely wonderful.  They are fast polite professional guys.  You are lucky to have them.  I am very impressed with Mr. B's and will recommend y'all to everyone. I called and scheduled a duct cleaning. They priced it cheaper than what I expected,and they called to let me know they had a cancelation if we wanted that appointment time. Awesome and Respectful. My guys were Josh and Ed. They did a great job. Made sure I was happy 😊.

This was my first experience having my air ducts cleaned and I was very impressed with this company. They actually answered the phone, were able to schedule quickly, and showed up early for the appointment. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I also feel they were reasonably priced. It's nice to be breathing cleaner air at home! I would use them again without hesitation.

These guys are the best! Initially did a great job cleaning all our ducts for us, followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy and all was well. Couple days later I noticed a small problem in an area they would have never looked into. Came out to the house the same day and went through the system thoroughly and found the problem in an area no one would have ever looked. Offered to pay them extra and they would have no part of that. Mr B's enjoys my highest possible recommendation I could give a contractor. We really appreciate the great service! Thanks again!

Very good company. Workers were on time and didn't waste any time. Very professional and informative. I love how passionate the owner is about clean air, as refelcted on the website as well as conversations, and that everyone takes the work serious. Our home had immediate results as far as air flow goes. It smells so much fresher too, without my usual attempts at so. While not initially wearing masks, they were happy to do so when asked. You won't regret calling this team!
