Air Systems has done an excellent job for us the last six years. The technicians are thorough and prompt. Another great experience today with Austin on the semi-annual maintenance. Austin was professional and informative. The support staff has also been wonderful to coordinate scheduling and services. First class operation.

Air Systems was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our AC unit went out this week on Tuesday. We called around to several companies prior and were told the earliest someone could come out to look at it was Friday. We called Air Systems and they were able to send a technician out in a few hours. Austin was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the original problem quickly and fixed the shorted fuse. After the AC unit was back running, we noticed it wasn't cooling the house properly the next day. Austin was able to come back quickly same day and again diagnosed the problem (AC unit froze due to low freon). He advised we keep the unit off for the day and he came back in the morning once it had dethawed to add more freon. Austin was very nice and helpful. We were extremely impressed and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again if any issues arise in the future.

This company did the install of my new construction....of course it's owned by the same company that build it and the concrete company as well. Huge issues there, but anyways. The install wasn't completed right and still had ductwork disconnected. I called yesterday for a service call because my condenser wasn't working. I was told an 11am for the next day was available. I adjust my work schedule and accept it. 11am rolls around and the tech calls me. He is an hour an a half away where he was scheduled for a 10am appointment. I called the office to ask for a resolution. I was told another tech was an hour away on another call. This company is obviously only worried about cramming as much as they can on the techs and having no concern for customers. Will never use or recommend them.

Wow what a great company Air Temp is! I have used them a couple of times. Each time they have been professional, friendly, clean and so knowledgeable . Their prices are were better than everyone else's were. They are the most honest company I have ever dealt with. Gave me a great price on a new system. But get this they said mine was fine for now. They said they would repair it as long as I wanted them to. Last time it went out I just knew I was going to be told I needed a new unit. But they repaired it for 173.00. They definitely will be the company I will go to for new unit when the time comes and for any future repairs. Tim Allen was the tech and he was so nice. Thanks Air Temp for being there for me.

I have been using this company for several years now. I have been very happy with them till just recently when they took advantage of seniors and cost us an unnecessary $ 99.00. I called them for a repair and my husband told them it needed the gas. So they come out and tells us yes it needs gas! But get this they say we don't put the gas in anymore! They purposely withheld that information from us just so they could charge for a service call knowing fully well they couldn't perform the service needed. I have now decided to file a BBB report . I will be looking for a new service company. I had been paying $ 119.00 a year for Spring and Fall check ups. Not bad very reasonable. My husband called and was told the plan was 100 a year. Then why am I paying 119.00? I called up and to inquire about the rates and was told they do not offer the yearly maintenance plans anymore. Well how can that be if not 5 minutes before they gave my husband a quote for a 100.00. I do not like dishonest companies. I thought so highly of this company for a long time. Nothing good lasts I guess. Very disappointed. I have never heard of an AC Company not having a yearly plan. They also said we needed another capacitor at 150.00. The one they put in didn't even last 5 years, and they should last from 5-20. I had asked for a refund of the 99 dollar fake service call and was denied so therefore I did not let them put this in. We bought one from Amazon for less 20 bucks. Big mark up.

We had issues with the upstairs air unit, they sent Kasey Garret. What a blessing, he was honest and prompt.. Kasey didn’t try to sell me parts I didn’t need or over charge me for phantom services.. Thank you Air systems and Kasey, awesome job!!!!
