Ethan and his crew installed brand new duct work under our house and helped us solve some complex problems. They did amazing! Professional. Honest. Great pricing. Fantastic communication. We’ve had several HVAC companies in middle TN and Riley Services now ranks number one.

We had them visit us a few times for a bathroom remodel and they did everything very well and explained what they were doing if I had any questions. They came out and figured out why one of our lights wasn’t working and recommended we get a new light and showed me how this one was attached to the ceiling (since it wasn’t a standard setup) so I could install it myself without a service call.

What really impressed me about them is that I had some troubles installing some light switches on my own and Ethan went out of his way to stop his day and help me solve my issue over the phone. He walked me through how the wires should be set up and why and was very patient while I followed his instructions. Amazing service!

Ryan was very professional and a great electrician. He was also friendly and knowledgeable and was very communicative and prompt. He replaced our fire alarms, installed two carbon monoxide detectors, replaced a light switch and installed a new porch light.

Rylan was amazing! We had what we thought was a bad GFCI and after replacing it ourselves and not having any luck, we called Rylan. Even though it's the weekend, he came out, found the problem, which turned out to be not even close to what we thought it was. He fixed it lickity split! He's the man! Highly recommended!

Riley Services helped me extend the life of my HVAC system and when it finally gave out they did an amazing job replacing it. Highly recommend Riley Services for your HVAC needs. Our heat went out on a very cold night. Ethan was very quick to respond and came out the next morning and quickly discovered some things that needed to be fixed/replaced and helped us with that. We really appreciate his thoroughness and timeliness.

I’ve used Riley Services for awhile, and always find the company to be reputable, professional and knowledgeable. Recently, I used Rylan for some services, and I could not have been more pleased. He really went above and beyond to help me find the equipment that I needed, and he followed through after to make sure I was satisfied. I really like the personal touch that this company uses.

Riley Services did an amazing job updating our 1970s ranch style home’s electrical box, installing new ceiling fans and lights, and adding a new electric box for our Mother In Law suite. Rylan was extremely professional and friendly. He came early and worked hard through out the day, cleaning as he went so that our home was still livable even with all of the work being done. I typically don’t feel very comfortable in my home when someone is doing repairs, but it felt more like having my neighbor over to fix things up than a stranger. And the work was done much better than my neighbor could do it! Impeccable service and craft. 1000/10 would recommend.

Can't say enough good things about Riley services. They worked really hard to replace our HVAC and duct work, knocked it out in a couple days. They stayed late, they cleaned up their mess, and were really upfront about pricing. Awesome group of people and will definitely work with them again in the future.

Riley Services came out to check out our AC unit after another company came out and made a "diagnosis". Well William came out and checked it out and found that the "diagnosis" was not even the problem! Our unit is running cool and the price was WAY less, so win win! We will definitely call then back when we need a HVAC tech!
