Insulation Contractor reviews in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Jeff and the crew were very professional and courteous. The crawl space was a mess but they turned it into a new home like insulation install. The pricing was very competitive but I highly recommend the company.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Complete Insulation. Jeff was my contact, and he was wonderful to deal with. He sent me an estimate over quickly, scheduled the job within my timeframe, and the install process was so smooth. Thank you, Jeff and Complete Insulation, for your help with my project.

Jeff, Dale & their crew did an excellent job. I’m so happy with the spray foam in my attic & have already noticed a drastic difference in temperature throughout my house & attic. Work ethic & attitude is always something I look for when hiring someone. Sometimes you don’t find it, but with Complete Insulation & Complete Animal Removal they both have been great to work with. 10/10 would recommend. Cheers.

Complete Insulation did a great job putting new insulation and vapor barrier in my daughter’s crawl space! Jeff Wells detailed the job description to a Tee! Arnaldo and Mario were professional and efficient in the installation process. Would definitely recommend!

I had a fire in my attic and needed all of the contaminated insulation removed. I am *AMAZED* at how thorough the hard working folks at Complete were. You could almost eat off the floor of the attic. The entire crew was courteous, quick and more than fair with the price. Highly recommend.

We just had Complete Insulation remove (inadequate) blow-in insulation that another company installed when we built our house. From beginning to end, it was a very positive experience. Jeff Wells explained the differences between the blow-in insulation and the spray foam and how the process would work. We chose the spray foam insulation as the better option for both energy savings and potential benefits if we ever sell our home. The crew did a great job and were very careful to protect our home. Very glad we chose Complete Insulatiom!

I had a great and prompt experience with Complete Insulation! I submitted a request and the next day got a call. The following day Jeff showed up and gave me a quote within a couple of hours. He always communicated and kept me up to date on what I needed to know and was a wealth of knowledge. They were in and out the following week in 2 days. It’s been less then 24 hours and we have already felt a difference in having spray foam insulation put in our attic that was built in 1942. Thanks yall!!

Had a great experience with Jeff and the team at Complete Insulation. It felt like they were really trying to understand my needs and get the best outcome for me. I got several quotes and found Complete to be competitive price-wise, but next level on the caliber of people and customer service. I'm glad I went with them and am already feeling the difference since the foam's gone in.

Complete Insulation was incredibly easy to work with!

After reaching out to multiple insulation providers, Jeff Wells was the first person to get back to me. He reached out right away and set up an estimate appointment within a couple of days. Jeff came all the way up to Robertson County. He was on time, polite, honest, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a lot of questions prepared and I never felt rushed at all. During his inspection process, he was detail oriented and took lots of photos to show me the existing conditions.

I was grateful to him for making me aware of my crawlspace vents being taped off from inside the crawlspace and letting me know those should be removed by the summer. I had no idea and this is our first home. We do plan on having them help us with the crawlspace in the near future as well.

When I accepted the estimate, I got a call almost immediately to schedule the work. They had a cancellation and were able to come the very next day!

The installation team was on time (drove an hour and half from Murfreesboro) and worked practically non-stop the entire time. Arnaldo, Mario and Jose were wonderful and hard-working.

Arnaldo was great about letting me know when they were done with the removal and offered me a chance to check out the work before they blew it back in. They were extremely thorough with the removal which took hours and involved moving lots of unnecessary decking.

Arnaldo made sure to confirm with me that I wanted all the previous owners' debris removed and responded to my questions about air sealing and baffles.

The next morning, I woke up (after having the heating off all day and night) and could feel a noticeable difference in the comfort of certain rooms. My bathroom and second bedroom especially had been cold and uncomfortable and were now much better.

Thank you guys!

Jeff Wells and team did a great job w the install on our attic project. From the beginning w the initial estimate to the wrap up of the install…an A+ job and experience. Very happy w the outcome and strongly encourage anyone looking for crawlspace encapsulation or insulation work to contact Jeff and the team at Complete Insulation.

We have a home built in 1935. We needed insulation in both the attic spaces as well as under our home. They were very kind in coming out twice to give us accurate bids. They made me feel comfortable and did a wonderful job. They gave me a bid and I wasnt able to take action on it till months later and they honored the bid. I highly recommend them! Jeff was very kind and overall a good person.

Update 2 years later and Jeff is still as helpful as before. He came out to quote us on additional work at our home and we continue to be pleased with how communication, can do attitude, problem solving, and assistance!

We had spray foam insulation added to our attic. Jeff and the team communicated with us throughout the entire process. They removed the old insulation in our attic and sprayed new foam insulation. They ensured everything was cleaned up when they were done. Jeff was great to work with! We will defiantly call again as other needs arise.

Great experience working with this company and their representative.
Jeff Wells was very prompt and accommodating.
Job was done on time and very satisfied. No need to look anywhere else for us. Already had Jeff look at another family residence.

We had multiple companies come out and give us quotes but Complete Insulation had the best price and best follow up. Jeff Wells communicated with me many times and answered all my questions. We had used them before at our previous house in Franklin and were pleased then. They were exceptional this time as well, on time, professional and made sure everything was done properly and cleaned up at the end of each day. They walked me around to make sure I was satisfied at the end of each day. Jeff even made sure to apply for my energy credit through MTE. Fredy's team did the old insulation removal and Henry's team did the spray foam. Great job guys and I highly recommend you.

Complete Insulation was absolutely AMAZING! I called them and they were here the next day at 8:oo AM. Jeff our sales person was Amazing also . Jeff made the entire process great! I would recommend them anytime.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From setting up all appointments with Amy in the office, to Michael (sales), everyone was awesome. Dillon, Freddy, and Jose did the removal of our old insulation and the blowing in of the new. For all appointments we were called by the person coming out +/- 20 minutes prior. Masks were worn at all times in the house. Would highly recommend.

We are enjoying the warmth of our new attic insulation installed by Jeff Walsh and his crew. Jeff arrived, inspected our attic, gave us a quote and quickly scheduled our installation. The installation guys were so neat, careful, and precise with their work as well as being friendly and helpful. They did a great job for us and left us with the before and after pictures. We will definitely recommend Complete Insulation to all our friends and relatives.

Complete Insulation did a fantastic job with closed cell and rock-wool insulation in my new construction home. They were thorough, prompt, and completed all work on the deadline they set. Jeff Wells made the entire process seamless. I’ve had many struggles with contractors throughout the building process, so it was nice to get a company who did such a great job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommend! Jeff came out and inspected our attic space and offered suggestions. The workers arrived promptly on the installation day and did a great job removing the old insulation and spraying in the foam. They cleaned up the worksite and were very courteous. We can already tell a big difference in heating our home. Thanks!

I called Complete Insulation and Jeff came out within two hours of my call to inspect my home. Great service and I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend this company and hope you get the pleasure of working with Jeff.

Jeff and the team shoot straight and are honest and happy. Great experience! I would recommend to everyone!
