Funny that I saw a recent review about this. I’m not usually one to complain, but the landscaping crew our apartment complex uses has become a real problem. They blow everything straight onto the cars, including leaves, sticks, dust, even gravel. My car has been covered multiple times. It’s frustrating because this happens every time they come through, not just once in a while. Between the constant mess and the risk of scratches, I feel like I’m forced to wash my car way too often. I really hope the apartment management takes a look at this and finds a company that respects residents’ property a little more.

Brookside Property in Columbia. I was introduced to Austyn and Chad a little over two years ago when I acquired my community to manage. They have been the most flexible people to work with. They have rearranged schedules to accommodate us in a "must do" now situations. They do it with grace and a positive attitude. They listen and offer suggestions as well as answer our questions without hesitations.

Anytime we have had any issues (almost never) with the grounds men, they have corrected right away. Kasey is always on site and checks in regularly to make sure we are taken care of.
