Jonathan and his team have been extremely helpful in putting a plan together for our yard and have been kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional ever since we started with them. Their pricing is better than our previous service and they're more present and available as well. As an example, we recently had a tree uproot due to an ice storm and Jonathan and Tom were out immediately to see what they could do to help. They really seem to care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of. Nothing but great things to say about Premier Turf and the team Jonathan has put together!

I’ve used Premier turf for about three years. I feel it’s time for me to write a review. Jonathan and Tom have been great to work with over the past few years. My yard is amazing because of their care. They’re very knowledgeable and take a lot of pride in what they do. Recently, I had the privilege of redesigning a softball field, and Premier Turf was very knowledgeable and helped me make an unplayable field not only functional, but beautiful. I would definitely recommend them.

Premier Turf has been great to work with and taken so much off my plate! I love getting out in the yard but life has been busy the past couple of years and Jonathan and his team have kept my yard on track with scheduled fertilizations and feedings to keep it looking great! They have great weed control and they use premium seed for overseeding applications!

Tom with premium turf has done an awesome job for me maintaining my yard to where it is lush and green as well as my irrigation system. They blow it out in the fall and reconnected in the spring. I recently had a new controller put on the irrigation system that can be managed remotely by my phone when I am not at home. It is helped with the cost of my water bill significantly. I highly recommend Premier Turf for your lawn and Irrigation care.

Jonathan and Tom have done a great job getting my yard back in shape. The previous owners let the yard tank but Premier has it looking top notch. They installed our irrigation for us and continue to handle our treatments, aeration and over seeding each year. Give them a shot and they will take good care of you as well.

I moved into town a little over five years ago. After contacting many irrigation/lawn companies, I found myself building a new home and noone to commit to installing an irrigation system to maintain the new sod that was being laid. I contacted Premier Turf after I was in the home. Within a week, Jonathan was out to talk about installing a system. One week later, I had everything I needed to water my lawn with ease. Shortly after, Jonathan realized I was using a large company for my fertilizing. He took over my lawn,s needs and I have not turned back. I pride myself on having one of the nicest lawns in my neighborhood. If Premier would cut lawns, I would not need anyone else to take care of my lawn.
Honestly, if you want trustworthy people that will make your lawn look beautiful, reach out to these guys. They are not in business to take your money. They take pride in making your property great.

Terry/ Travis and the rest of his crew are the best in town. They delivered very high quality plants and the layout they implemented was beyond our expectations!

I called one morning to get a irrigation system repaired due to contractor damage....a repair person was sent that afternoon and they worked until 8:00 p.m. to repair it! The work was awesome and the technicians were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I have never had that great of customer service or so quick!!! I forgot to mention that I had called 3 other companies before NaturEscape and NONE of them even called me back and that was a week ago....still no return phone call! I highly recommend NaturEscape for any work that you might have!!!

HOWEVER, once you pay them you can't even get a return phone call back after 4 calls. I needed to get itemization on the invoice to bill the contractor who cut my system and after 2 weeks and 4 messages I have given up.

The employees and supervisor on our home project of re-doing an existing retaining wall of railroad ties were the best and nicest people we have done business with in awhile. It was a hard job to do since they had to remove the old stuff and replace it with new. They were fast yet efficient and worked on days when I was glad to be inside. The last day as they were trying to finish up the cleaning up of the area, it came a sudden sleet storm and they worked right on through that. I would feel really good using them again and recommending them to anyone. Reasonably priced as well!!

NaturEscape takes care of both the common areas of my subdivision and my home landscaping as a part of my HOA, and they do a FANTASTIC job! The lawn care team is here every Monday morning with efficient routines and great service. Last week, the shrub trimming/mulching crew was here. I had 7 men in front of my home working like bees, and within about 30 minutes the shrubs were trimmed beautifully, the debris was removed, and fresh mulch was down.

The fellows on the crews are always accommodating and pleasant. I couldn't be happier with this service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

You can stop your search for landscaping right here and now. You will definitely want to go with Terry and his crew at NaturEscape. They've been in the business for decades, and his rating with the Better Business Bureau is flawless. I had no problem getting someone on the phone, and Terry showed up when he said he would. I put the entire project in his hands from design to installation, and I was extremely pleased with the results. The work made a world of difference. The quality of the entire job was top notch. There was a very minor issue, but it was corrected the very next day. I really enjoyed working with everyone involved, especially Terry. He's a very affable man, and we hit it off nicely. I honestly feel like we would be great friends. I know that's how a good salesman is supposed to be, but I didn't feel a touch of dishonesty at any point. I'll be very excited to do business with them again one day. If the price is right for you, proceed with full confidence that the job will get done, and it will get done well. These pictures were taken very early in the season before the plants bloomed. Take that into consideration. I'm looking forward to seeing everything once it flushes out.

Saturday 1-24-26 between 330 and 345 intersection of broad St and Northfield Blvd your driver runs a red light and the passenger in the truck flips us off. Because we had the green light. Good thing I have a dash cam that recorded it.bad business allowing employees to act like that to the general public makes you wonder how they treat customers.
