Brandon was amazing! They were quick and fair, and they did a great job. Will definitely call them again. We had them soft wash our treated brick that had milde w/moss growing on it, and they also pressure washed our pavers, cleaned our clogged gutters, AND were kind enough to hit our son's kiddie pool that we'd just pulled out from winter's rest! lol. Will definitely call them again and would refer their team to friends.

I needed the siding cleaned on my dormers. I called TLC and they took care of me. They responded quickly and did a great job. They were very professional and customer focused.Outstanding!

We scheduled an appointment with this company a month in advance to ensure a specific date we could take the time for a cleaning. An hour after the time I was told they would be here I called the office and was told my paperwork had been overlooked and the cleaners were on a contract job this week and couldn't do anything until next week. When I informed the receptionist that we had already moved all our furniture and planned for the time today her words were "well there's nothing I can do about it" and she hung up on us. Dont waste your time on a company who will pay you up for a bigger job with no remorse

Edited to reply to owner. No she absolutely did not offer to clean at no charge (which is what I expected her to do) instead her exact words were "there's nothing i can do about it". And yes she did hang up on us. Obviously customer service isn't your strong point if you are willing to accuse a customer of lying as well.

Do NOT let these people into your home!!! They are not taking any kind of precautions when entering your home!!! No foot wear coverings and not even a mask was worn. When asked for the elderly man that was going to do the job to please wear a mask gave me HUGE ATTITUDE. The only professional worker at this establishment is TIM! Carole at front desk hung up on me after trying to explain situation to her. NEVER GOING BACK!!
