Friendly, affordable, overall great company to work with for my pool! I knew nothing about a pool until I bought my house that has one. Jordan came out to evaluate and walked me through how to care for it. The team has been there every time I have questions or need assistance....which is a lot for this pool newbie! Bi weekly maintenance with them keeps everything perfect!

Wow!! I am extremely impressed 😃 I called to see about having someone come out to check and service my in ground pool. Honestly I thought I would be told it would be a month or so, but to my surprise Heather said she would get me on the board for the next week. I will Up Dated my Review after they come out. So far I am Highly impressed and the Customer service on the phone is Out Standing 😉👍
UP DATE: Again I'm impressed and now I'm a Regular Customer🤗 All of my pool issues have been fixed, plus it did not cost an arm & leg. Today 12/15/2021 I had my pool closed down for the Winter and scheduled the date for the pool to be opened for the Summer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Backyard Blue Pools, I promise you will be a Very Happy Customer😉

I cannot say ENOUGH good things about Backyard Blues Pools. I had called every pool service in Franklin for assistance with our pool, to no avail. I was referred to Backyard Blues by another company. The representative initially took my information, stated they could fix it, but it may take weeks, as they were very busy. Theresa, another representative, called back just a few minutes later, requesting pictures. She and her technicians squeezed us in the NEXT day, with no obligation to do so. The technicians completed the job (that everyone said was impossible) in less than an hour. It looks AMAZING!! Thanks again!

They did an amazing job building our pool this year. The customer service was better than any I have dealt with. Constant updates and very quick to answer my questions. The pool and decking look absolutely amazing and better than what we could have imagined.

Eh they're ok. Just had my pool opened & the water was pretty low so they said they'd come back in a few days to check on it after the water reached the appropriate level. No note or email when they came back so not sure what they did. Maybe I'm expecting too much for a pool opening but putting on a ladder, throwing some chemicals in & folding up the cover doesn't seem worth almost $400 when I started the pump, put the skimmer baskets back in etc.

Edited to add: I'm not saying not to use them, I just won't because I think they lack communication. I like details. I like to know what you did & why. When they opened the pool, I didn't get an email saying they would be back or what they did so I called to see if there would be a follow up visit. I did get an email after the follow up visit was completed a few hours after I posted this review - maybe a coincidence, maybe not.

They installed our vinyl liner last year & did a great job but there have been too many little things here & there the last 2 years so we are moving on to a different company.

We had them put a new liner and salt cell in our pool and they did a fantastic job!! They are very nice people to work with. You have questions they have the answers! They are very detailed in their work. Couldn't have asked for a better company to work on our pool. We would recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you Backyard Blues Pool.

I needed a new pump for my pool installed and the service was top notch kudos to Blake for a good job I would use them again.

After years of being unhappy with my pool contractor over calcium issues and the oxidation of my pool that came with it, we decided to wash our hands of them and entrust Backyard Blues Pools to make my pool beautiful. Best decision ever! We went from not being able to enjoy our pool because of the ugliness from the issues we were having to absolutely loving the beauty from the tile work that Backyard Blues Pools did for us! They are great and we use them for everything now! Highly recommend.

Ms. Joanne is the best. She has been my MVP for the last three summers guiding me to a crystal clear pool.

I highly recommend Backyard Blues Pool for all your pool maintenance and service. Recently, I had a pool liner emergency. It was scheduled to be replaced next year, but water began leaking under the liner. I called BBY and they immediately responded. Everyone was over-the-top helpful, friendly, and professional, and my unscheduled liner was installed. I am so impressed with all of the BBP employees. If you have a pool, or considering installing one, I highly recommend Backyard Blues Pools. They are simply the best!

Joanne, Libby and the team at Backyard Blues Pools are super nice, professional and completely knowledgeable about helping folks enjoy their home pools. They have been there for us all along the way in setting up our first pool and are willing to spend whatever time needed to answer all questions. We have truly made some new friends. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We purchased our Polaris pool vacuum from Back Yard Blues 2 years ago during their Polaris Days. Guys, if you haven't bought one of these vacuums and you have a pool, you need to contact them immediately! I haven't had to clean my pool once since we purchased ours. No more hooking up a long hose to the skimmer and manually vacuuming your pool. I now get to spend that time actually swimming in my pool. We wished we had purchased it much sooner than we did! Run, Don't walk!

Shout out to Graeme Hogg who services our pool from time to time. Just met him for the first time a few months ago and he has been at my property several times. He is very knowledgeable and great to talk with. In addition, he always does a great job cleaning our pool and seems to take great pride in what he does.

From the planning stage to installation until the day the guys loaded up all their equipment and left for the last time. Our experience couldn't have been any better. We were always kept informed as to what was going on. They finished the job in a very timely manner. They always cleaned up when they left. We couldn't be happier with the result and can't wait to enjoy our pool this summer. I would highly recommend using Backyard Blues Pools!

I had an emergency with my pool and where I was told by another local company that “we won’t be able to get to it for weeks”, Backyard Blues came within days. Jared was extremely helpful and I so appreciated the calls updating me on the status and letting me know the night before when the technician was coming out. Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!

We bought a house with a pool almost 4 years ago and Backyard Pools has been comin out monthly to maintain it for us. Today Graeme came out and I happened to be home. He took time out of his day to show my all of the things they do when they come out and how to maintain it myself. He was so patient with my questions and explained everything in ways that were easy to understand!! I would not trust my pool to another company!!

As a new pool owner I was referred to Backyard Blues Pools (in Murfreesboro, TN) through my real estate agent. I used “blues” for several cleanings and general maintenance during the season. Just now, October 30, 2024 I had Mike and Mark come to close the pool for the season. Both gentlemen were polite and efficient. They offered verbal instructions for using my pool. I have already scheduled my opening of the pool for the 2025 season. Their professional attitude and workmanship is greatly appreciated and I would definitely recommend their company for your pool needs.
