The walk-in shower is beautiful. The safety handles are very sturdy and the showerhead is great! The guys worked hard and did an excellent job. I recommend Zintex highly.

Dawn, account manager, communicated all information and answered my questions and continued to communicate with time that they would be arriving on install day. Brandon, the installer, called ahead about his arrival time and was on time. He went over the install before beginning. He was professional and courteous. Explained what was being done as he went through the different stages of this remodel. After install was completed, he showed how to operate the shower. He made sure that the bathroom was cleaned up. And cleaned up outside where the removed old bathroom parts had been.

He also was very professional and explained everything in detail. He check in with me through out the whole installation.

I’m very pleased with the new bathroom remolded from Zintex. From the beginning with Tom Grosman to the end with the installation. Mathew, Michael and Jonah went above and beyond with courtesy and professionalism they were amazing. In fact I’m so happy I’m having my other shower done.
