The Porch Company by far met our expectations. It was defiantly worth the wait to have them build our new porch. It was a simple process and we were kept up to date the entire time. Can't wait until the spring when the landscaping is done around it.

Our Porch Company experience was amazing. From our first meeting, we knew we found the perfect company to build our dream screened porch and deck. Everyone we worked with was so pleasant, accountable, and the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend The Porch Company. We could not have had a better experience with the Porch Store. We did the renovation ourselves but we were able to confirm that we were ordering the correct amount of materials with the Porch Store. They were very responsive to email inquiries that we had about details of the installation. By following their directions, we came away with a beautiful new front porch railing and panels that looks stunning!

We had a great experience with the Porch Company building our backyard pavilion and front porch update. The team from conception to completion were diligent in meeting our concepts and needs. All teams from carpentry, masonry, roofing and painting plus other subs worked together to manage all aspects of the job.

We have been truly impressed by the outstanding quality of work and the tidy worksite. The Porch Company meticulously manages every detail and maintains clear communication with you throughout the entire process.

We spent a lot of time interviewing porch contractors and they all had the different opinions on how to build the roof for the porch. The design was complicated by the existing house’s roof. Porch Company came in and took the various designs and showed me why their simpler idea was the best. Their engineering expertise sold us.

The experience only got better. Their crew worked as a team and demonstrated strong construction expertise. Additionally, they were pleasant with good sense of humor combined with a serious commitment to get things right. Attention to detail gave me confidence. They did what they said they were going to do. Pricing was fair and never changed. They are honest and reliable.

After all was done, months later, a vendor’s flooring changed colors with the weather and they immediately analyzed the problem. The vendor’s product was out of spec. Because we were under the Porch Company’s warranty, they stripped the floors out and replaced them with more expensive flooring. They stood behind their work and wanted to please us.

I don’t know how you could work with better people and know they have your back. I could not recommend The Porch Company enough.

DWC is a great company to work with. I would highly suggest working with them on your next project.

DWC provided a $200K renovation of my building and the final result was great. Specifically, I really appreciated the quality of subs they use - each was an expert that yielded great quality and a final product that looks great.

The most important part, however, is how DWC deals with problems. We had a few issues throughout the project that stressed me out and Vince (a veteran of the company) always made my concerns his top priority. Moreover, I got a call from their CEO (John) who learned of my issues and he went out of his way to make them right.

Bottomline: My project was done within budget & the DWC leadership team went the extra mile to address issues that even extended beyond their responsibilities.

Went through DWC for our construction of our first business and these people are phenomenal and helpful. I was always able to get a run-down of what's going on and where we were at. If a problem arose, they would notify me with solutions which help reduced any downtime and helped us open in the timeframe we planned for. I would use them again for our next project.

DWC has built out two locations for my retail business so far and done an excellent job on both projects. Each time, they finished at or under budget, and completed the build-outs before or on schedule. They operate very transparently, and kept me completely aware of / involved in every major decision along the way. I recommend DWC to everyone I know who is in need of a construction company who operates by the principles and core values they claim.
