From the very beginning our Project Manager Ryan Gregory listened to our concerns and put together a plan and estimate that was provided the same day. I will say the crew that showed up had a mission on their mind and in less than 3 days completed the work ahead of schedule. Great job Ben Chester, Dalton Cole and Adam Adcock! These guys were very informative, easy to speak with and left their worksite orderly and clean. With the final product I was very pleased, the concrete matched as close as possible and the pride in the work performed in my opinion was top notch!

United Structural Systems did an exceptional job strengthening our floors and foundation. The difference is remarkable - our floors now feel completely solid when you walk on them.

From start to finish, the entire team was extremely polite, friendly, and responsive. Johnathan, the foreman, was particularly wonderful to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. He and his crew of about 4 workers were professional, hardworking, and treated my wife, mother-in-law, and myself with the utmost respect.

What really impressed us was their efficiency and expertise. They estimated the work would take 5 days but completed everything in just 2 days! It's clear they know exactly what they're doing and work with incredible efficiency.

Got quoted from 3 different foundation repair companies and USS proved leaps and bounds more experienced and knowledgeable than the others. Chris came out and assessed the issues with our foundation, verified that all masonry and landscaping work would be returned to its previous condition as best as possible, and answered follow up questions after having more time to discuss with my husband. The team that came to do the work (Zach, Lee, and Chance) were friendly, thorough, and they put everything back as it was before! We were amazed. The job is messy and our home is white painted brick, but trust the process and these guys come through. We did email them after completion of the job to let them know of some more cracks that showed in the masonry when the temperature dropped and the foreman (Zach) came right back after I blue taped them, fixed them right up and now that I’ve painted back over them. What a relief, it’s like we never had damage! 10/10 on service and we feel at peace knowing our home is so supported.

We greatly appreciated that Evan Dennison was on time, professional and efficient. He understood our needs and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Personally, Evan is friendly, courteous and a really good representative for USS.

USS did two separate jobs for us and BOTH were done with excellence to completion. High marks for the foremen: Richard Jones and Artie Z (plus Crew Chief Luke B) for leading well, spending as much time as was needed with me, answering questions and doing a great job shoring up our home. My floor had a dip and some doors wouldn't close all the way due to cracks in the walls Artie and Luke did a GREAT JOB THANK YOU.

I had a low “sinking” floor in one of our bedroom and I explained what happened and what I observed. They did a free estimate and he was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Then when they did they work it was only 2 guys and they did such an amazing job and it took about 2 hours start to finish from when they got here and left. They also cleaned up after themselves and showed me the work and we checked the floor and it did raise. Now it is still doing good after a few weeks and I couldn’t be happier and relieved. They did a great job. If anyone has an issue like I did this is the company I’m referring to anybody. Did great work and handled the situation with respect, professionalism and care.

USS installed a water mitigation system for us last year. Great group to work with! Just had them out for a general service call and the experience was just as good as the installation. Demarcus handed everything with a smile!

Great experience. Evan with USS showed up early and did meticulous work on our front walk way and step. When he was all finished up my expectations were blown out of the water. Not to mention you could barely tell Evan was here with how well he cleaned up afterwards.

Very honest and knowledgeable team. Aaron walked us through some potential structural settling issues we had concerns about on our home. He was extremely helpful, giving us peace of mind that our issue wasn’t as severe as we thought. He gave us steps to help us monitor any future progression of our concerned area. If our settling worsens, I can’t imagine a better team to help us combat the problem. We highly recommend USS.

They give you enough information to make the decision of what your best options are, they don’t try to push you into steps you do not need. Aaron from USS was very compassionate and helpful. My home needed lintel replacements. I was under a rock and a hard spot because there are really not many companies that do this work.

USS did excellent work in the repairs in coordination with Milliken.
The work was EXTREMELY expensive, but I had no choice as the repairs had to be done.

The office staff is very friendly and polite. My feedback would be there could be more communication as to when staff will appear at your house.

Clean up: lots of small mortar debris left on the ground and a broken solar path light. I understand that it’s difficult to get debris out of the dirt, however maybe a drop cloth could catch it all?

All in all, I am very satisfied and recommend USS highly. I would definitely use them again.

A couple of years ago, we used USS to install push piers in our basement. We have an older brick home that showed displacement in the exterior walls and this was the solution from USS. We had other foundation companies come out to give us quotes and they recommended other solutions. We then got a structural engineer to give us his opinion and he concurred with USS, so we had USS do the work and we are very happy with the results.

We now have a problem with water coming up through the concrete basement floor despite having a waterproofing system installed by another company eight years ago when our basement wall had water pouring out of it. Unfortunately, leaks through basement floors are not warrantied. We had that same company come out to give us their recommendation for resolving the floor water flooding issue. We also asked USS to come out for a second opinion and they concurred with the original company's recommendation. USS also recommended that we use the original company to do the work so that we don't void our original warranty. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and honesty of USS and highly recommend their services!

USS is a very professional and reliable company that does great work. Jason was our Project Manager and Evan was our concrete technician. Jason was very confident in his companies’ ability to lift our large concrete pad. Our appointment time was moved sooner than anticipated, Evan got right to work upon arrival and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the process to me and my husband along the way. Evan also provided some maintenance information to benefit us moving forward. He gave us his direct contact information should we have any trouble. We would definitely use USS again. We are in the process of closing on our home and needed to address a structural issue prior to finalizing the sale. USS was able to schedule the work earlier than expected, which we greatly appreciated. The crew—D’Angelo, Tim E., and Jacorean—handled the project with professionalism and care. Although the repairs turned out to be more extensive than originally anticipated and required an additional day, they ensured everything was completed thoroughly. They also took the time to assist with final clean-up details, which made a challenging situation much easier. We are truly grateful for their hard work!

I reached out to Eric Lloyd to schedule an inspection of our crawlspace/foundation. Had me on the schedule in two days.
Senior PM, Chad Kues, came out and did a full inspection of our entire house. Chad is Awesome. He was thorough in his inspections, took the time and asked questions, and gave a detailed explanation on everything he noticed. He never rushed through even though he didn’t find any foundation concerns. He actually discovered a clogged dryer vent and even took pictures for me.
If you got foundation issues call Eric and Chad. They don’t sell you, they value their customers and treat you like family!

Very professional organization, from the estimater, to scheduling, the foreman, the job site leader, and his crew. The communication through the total project was excellent. I received ETA, both days and a thumb nail review of the first days work. The dog was extensive, but after the clean up it’s as though it didn’t happen. The work and finished job looks great! The warranty stays with the house and I was told if there is ever an issue just contact USS and they will make it right. My crew was Ben Chester, Dalton Cole, Robert Ball, all great guys!
