Arrived on time, great work, very pleasant, cleaned up afterwards, good price. They even took time to rescue my dog who had gotten herself wedged into an iron railing! I would recommend them even without the added dog rescue. More than pleased.

I started calling this company in March of 2020 just to get a quote for a custom home we built and the owners wanted a Generac Whole home generator.

7 calls later, Zero response.
"He gets busy, I can take your number down and give it to him, but he gets pretty busy"- Is the response we get after literally 7 attempts.

Moving on.

Had a great conversation with Lyle on the phone talking about the project on 2/28/19 .. but no one ever showed up to our appointment or the second rescheduled appointment (3/5/19 and 3/12/19) or called with an explanation. The poor girl answering phones suggested I contact another company because she didn’t know what to tell me. So that’s what we’re going to do. Very disappointed to have waisted the two days though.

Having used LA's for both power and data it is easy to recommend their services. LA's crews hit the mark on accuracy, neatness, and even matching the cosmetics of an existing custom install.

My questions are met with a spirit of collaboration where LA's provides professional recommendations and guidance on reaching our goals. "How can we help the customer meet their objectives using fit for purpose solutions?"

When you leave a message for a company to call you back because you have a job for them, you expect them too, you should not have to call again the following day just so they can tell you, '' Oh yeah, I have your number right here in front of me''.So I let that one go for the time being and set up an appointment for someone to come look at the work I needed done. I cancelled all prior engagements, put my whole life on hold for these guys with a 5 star rating. They ''no call, no showed'' me, wasted my whole day. I will just use someone else who knows how to communicate in a time respectful manner.

Just installed 50kw Cummins whole house generator with LA. Helped put me in touch with Cummins when supply issues delayed installation. A few weeks later, we had a generator. LA and Cummins very professional and accessable, amazing in today's Nashville market.
