Be careful with this company. They didn't repair any issues once we moved in. They kept telling us they would do it, and now they have flat out said they wouldn't do any fixes. We have problems with several poor construction issues which probably isn't all that uncommon in a new project. Just unprofessional not to deal. Document everything. Then take $10k of the sales price to prepare to do work yourself to correct their mistakes.

Had Pine Construction do a kitchen/living room renovation plus a new deck. Really impressed with the quality - cabinets close smoothly, tile work is perfectly straight, and the deck feels rock solid.
Sung's crew paid attention to all the details like matching wood grains and getting outlet heights consistent. We went for top quality over savings and it shows in the craftsmanship - this should last for years.
Would definitely recommend if you want quality work.
