We had quite a bit of crabgrass show up between applications - so we asked for a respray and the technical that did the respray (Daniel F.) was great. He took the time to explain what he was applying and was very meticulous in applying the chemicals to all the areas that had crabgrass. He was very thorough it his application and polite and friendly in discussing was he had done. Daniel was a great asset and ambassador for the company in treating our lawn. We thank him for his service!

Turf Masters came by today to fertilize the lawn talk to Ty Shaw. He's very nice, Very knowledgeable I would recommend turf Masters.They have been taking care of the lawn for at least 8 years.

He approached me before he applied treatment and asked if I had any trees down. Told him no just limbs and they were still in the yard. I began dragging them from the yard so he could treat. He helped drag a limbs off the yard. Very appreciative.

We just signed up for lawn services. Daniel was very friendly, thorough and locked our gate for us without asking him. I look forward to the improvement in our lawn. It will be fun to watch over the course of the year.

I have to tell you, I have not had great success with Turf Masters of Nashville. I have complained about the weeds in my yard, but they never have an answer for them or how we would resolve the situation together. I’m paying a fee for a service and they are not providing that service so I ended it. By the way, no one from Turf masters has come out to see the yard, so that’s why I’m posting the picture of all of the weeds.

Jacquez was extremely knowledgeable about lawn care. He took the extra time to walk through our yard, pointing out what was happening with the weeds and explaining how he planned to treat each one. He also shared recommendations for improving our yard’s overall health. We truly appreciated his professionalism and thoroughness.

They’ve been doing my lawn for years and you’d think I was paying them for fun. The lawn is horrendous- waste of money, never see them. Have no idea what they do. Mostly weeds and bare dirt now. Would love to know what they’ve been doing all this time.

Turf Masters provides excellent service and follow up. After trying 4 other companies with average results, I decided to give Turf Masters a try. Their service has resulted in the best lawn I have ever had and their service techs (William) are great. I highly recommend TM for all of your lawn care needs.

I have been using Turfmasters for lawn service for several years and very pleased with the results. Josiah has been our technician for several treatments, does a terrific job and explains the purpose of the treatments.

Turf Masters has been servicing my lawn for a year now. We moved into our home last October. We had dirt and mold where grass should have been. They came in and started a plan to maintain our lawn and the dirt and mold are covered with thick, plush grass. The crews are always polite, efficient and take great care of our lawn.

The work was done exactly in the fashion they promised, when they promised! Having Turf Masters take care of my lawn was exactly what the doctor ordered! This company has been great to work with

The company was great until I ran into an issue. Only half of my aeration job was completed, and after speaking with 2 different call center associates, no one could explain why. I was told a manager would reach out, and although I got a text from a manager he stopped responding after I sent photos of the job. I ultimately had to email corporate to cancel my service and was then told, 2 weeks after the job, that it was due to net being laid during the summer . I truly think it was not handled because I had the payment on auto pay and they had already received payment so they didn’t care to find a resolution. Never received a full or partial refund due to work only being completed partially and having to reach out multiple times for the reasoning the job wasn’t completed. Wouldn’t suggest auto pay for this company in case you run into an issue.

I was a customer of turf masters for several years and a few different homes. The initial service was good, but unfortunately, during one of the services the team broke one of my brick retaining walls. The issue was minor only a few bricks I immediately sent video and image to the branch on September 26 of 2025 after following up four times via email one time in person and one phone call here we are on February 9 of 2026 with an issue that would have been non-critical and still not fixed or addressed. Unfortunately turf masters had very sloppy or no follow up. This isn’t just on issues like this one, but also during the sales process where there’s little communication to their field staff. Don’t be surprised if you are offered a service that’s additional one day, as if it were included or expected or scheduled by you. I will not be recommending turf masters in the future.

William is always very friendly and considerate! In fact, everyone that I have encountered that works for that company is! William does a great job every time for my Turf Masters service.
