Very happy with the service provided by EverClean. Sammy arrived on-time and walked me through the process before he began, and confirmed the price would be what was quoted over the phone. He was honest about how the carpet would look after the cleaning because of the carpet type and high traffic areas. The carpet looks a lot better after the cleaning! He removed a ton of pet hair that I struggled to get even with our "pet hair" vacuum. He also gave me some good advice on what kind of carpet to install in the future that would last longer and look better, even with high traffic. Overall, very happy I booked EverClean!

We moved in to a new home and the previous owners apparently left a dog that urinated all over the carpets. The smell was horrendous and stained. EverClean gave us a quote on the phone and came out quickly. The service was outstanding and the carpets look practically brand new. They even went the extra mile to do our stairs completely, which we did not pay for. The technician was more concerned about doing a great job and making sure we were happy then he was with trying to nickel and dime us on the smaller things. I treated our house to a wood floor cleaning, plus couches and a rug. Knew they would do a bang-up job. They’re always willing to offer cleaning tips and answer questions too.

I have dogs and velvet sofas which are not a great combo. The one up front was tragic. Cleaning it myself was not working, so I made an appointment. They were fabulous. On time, completely prepared and unfazed by a gnarly sofa, my velvet sofa is now spotless and looks amazing. They did great work and the cost was completely reasonable.

We have had EverClean clean our oriental rugs twice per year for many years. Their service is always reliable and professional. We just tried something new for our hardwood floors and had EverClean deep clean them and apply a finish which should last about six months. My floors look amazing! I'm so happy with how bright and clean they look. I will continue to have more rooms cleaned in the coming months. The technicians are very knowledgeable and Brandon is extremely responsive and helpful.

I've used EverClean several times and they are awesome! They are on time, professional, great communication, and knowledgeable. One of the things that made me an official loyal customer happened on their initial visit to my home. I filled out the form online when booking and listed a number of services not sure on what was exactly needed. Upon arrival, they assessed the house and recommended that we remove several of the items on the list as they weren't needed. Didn't want to do unnecessary work just to charge me - BIG FAN!!

I called EverClean hoping to get my mom's carpets cleaned before she came home in a couple of days. They worked me in the same day I called and did a fantastic job! In my case, they over estimated the cost on the phone and adjusted it down when they arrived. They took care to make sure the pets were put away and didn't escape. Pictures of before and after were sent to me when they finished. Definitely recommended.

As a director of facilities, my job is to get quality work done as inexpensively as I can. I typically try and get 3 bids and hope for the best. Recently I needed to clean the carpet in our main office and some upholstered chairs as well. I called two of the large franchise chains and then I called an unknown company to me, EverClean. EverClean had popped up in my Google search and I usually tend to shy away from unknown entities, but their reviews on Google were very solid. Am I ever glad I gave them an opportunity. Not only were they considerably cheaper, but they were great at communication and follow through. Yesterday they performed their job and I was very pleased with the life they brought back to our 22 year old carpet. If you are needing to have your carpet cleaned and want to get it done quickly, efficiently and for an outstanding price, do not hesitate to call EverClean. I'm sure glad I did!

We reached out to EverClean for a large coffee stain on our wool area rug. So glad we did. They were thorough, highly communicative, walked us through possible options for treating the stain, and were extremely fair on pricing. We expected to pay full price given that the stain is nearly undetectable now, and they still gave us a discount because they didn't remove as much as they had hoped. Can't recommend their work and customer service more highly!
