Great experience today with American Heating and Cooling! Laura called and got me scheduled the same day. She was pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. Wade showed up on time and resolved the problem quickly. He was very courteous and knowledgeable! Laura and Wade are definitely great ambassadors for American.

I bought my home in Murfreesboro, TN in February 2024 and American Heating and Cooling, Inc. installed my heating and air unit. Here is the problem, since February 2024, they were called out to my home once for the heating unit that stopped working in March 2024. They fixed it. Then from March to August 2024 they had to keep coming back five more times to fix the cooling unit from stopping in 100 degree temps. They sent 2 different Field Supervisors also to fix my unit, and neither one fixed it right. I asked several times to have the name and phone number the business owner and/or supervisor, but no one would give that information to me. What do they have to hide???? They never fixed the real problem based on another and better heating and air company that spent over $1000 warranty monies fixing the issues. The new company even showed be a wire the wasn't within codes. Saying this unit shouldn't have passed codes in the first place. I would not ever call American Heating and Cooling for any of my needs from this point on. Be warned, this is not a reputable company, at least not by my knowledge and experience with them.

My thermostat went out and American Heating and Cooling sent a technician out to fix it. Colby Henley and two of his coworkers showed up. These young men were the most kind and respectful young men. They are very knowledgeable in heating and cooling systems and they instantly went to work upon arrival. The issue was quickly recognized and resolved. I wish I could rate them higher because they did a great job and were very professional. Prior to leaving, Colby let me know what the issues were and he also suggested other maintenance services that I will be looking into to ensure our heating/cooling units stay functional.
Thank you guys for your excellent service!!!!! American Heating and Cooling should be proud to have you as a member of their team!
