William Skinner did a great job of explaining to me not only what the issues were with my toilets but why these issues happened and how to prevent them after repairs were made. He went above and beyond the normal in answering all my questions as I was concerned about the possibility of leaks while out of town and issues with winter plumbing . I appreciate his efforts !

Had a persistent pulsing loud knocking sound in my pipes, wasn’t the typical water hammer. Jed came out and had never seen the problem before but worked through the system until he found the problem (pool house toilet fill valve). Didn’t try to upscale me, just fixed the problem. Gonna keep his card handy.

We had an unexpected plumbing issue pop up today. We made a phone call to ARS and fortunately they were able to get us on the schedule same day. Jordan Hughes arrived not long after we made the call and took care of our issue with confidence and ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. We will always request Jordan.

Bryce was wonderful when he came out.He really worked with me. Hoping when he comes out again, it will be him.I do not like to deal with a lot of new people.He was great so i'm hoping that they'll send him out again in a week to finish the work. He was really good about going over everything explaining everything and telling me what I needed and what needed to be done.

Fantastic experience. He was very nice and clean and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and taught me a lot about HVAC, clean air systems, power surges, and how to maximize the life of your system. Thank you!!

Harka did a fantastic job with working on the unit. He was helpful & explained all my options in fixing the unit. He was very courteous & professional.

Mike was really knowledgeable, on time, and very helpful with choosing the right option for our home! We originally were just going to have him come out and give us a quote, but when he showed us the price, we just had to jump on it! Thanks again Mike! Would highly recommend!

Derek did my service tune up and he was awesome ! He showed up exactly when scheduled, was efficient with his time, and explained all the tune up suggested in a language I could understand. Was very personable and knowledgeable about the work he does. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for service !

Technicians came to check HVAC and found problems with the unit. So I had someone come we went over options I picked one and we went with it. I didn't check any other company because it needed to be done. The install is tomorrow and I hope all goes well and I have a good, reliable heat source for the cold temps coming. The two techs were both knowledgeable about the situation, and were very nice to work with. I am very nervous now reading reviews as lots of people gave bad reviews.

When a temperamental kitchen sink began to back up, we called ARS and Jed Delk came out. He listened carefully as we described the issue and our plumbing repair history. He realized that snaking the drain probably wouldn’t cut it and climbed into the crawlspace to identify the issue and suggest a solution. Then, he was back out the next day right when he said he’d be and got to work. Happy to report that we now have a free-flowing drain, which will make Christmas cleanup SO much easier! Highly recommend and if you can get Jed it will be a good day!

I have had several problems with associates not showing up, rescheduling and not following up. Today my service was great! Marcos was here early. He shared with me the problems that he found and installed my thermostat that never was installed earlier. He was courteous and understanding of my concerns. He may have actually saved my contract with the company!! My score is only for today and not the overall service with this company.

Deshawn was awesome. Fixed and educated me on my unit plus, offered a service plan and talked about air cleaning products available. Highly recommend requesting him!

Alex came out to do a tune up (on short notice) and did a great job. Pointed out some potential future issues and offered quotes on those services. He was very professional and did not pressure me at all.

We decided to buy a new central air and heating unit. We searched the internet for local services and received a call from ARS. They sent a very nice representative named Michael who came out the next day (today).He checked our current system and our ducts. Then he went over the different unit packages they offer and we found the one to fit our needs. There was no pressure, just the information offered and the choice we made. We feel we made a good choice. They will be in stalling our new unit tomorrow. Thanks Michael for all your help.

I called this morning at 6 AM and was able to schedule someone to come out and take care of a leak this afternoon at 2:30 PM. The technician, Jordan Hughes, was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Start to finish, this was an excellent experience.

Inspection and quote service member was punctual, courteous, very knowledgeable and made me feel like family. I know that services will be performed professionally and with great care and quality.

Alexey Smirnov is very knowledgeable taking the time to explain everything to you. He will be sure you understand & are 100% satisfied with the work that’s been done before he leaves. He is very personable & takes great pride in his work & the way customers are treated. A trait that is missing way too often. Give him a raise! 🙂

From sales to installation, ARS was a professional and consultative! Every person was polite and quite courteous. From wearing booties in my house to making sure my lawn was not damaged during installation, these guys hit it out of the park! I know I have another HVAC unit that will eventually need to be replaced and ARS/Rescue Rooter will be back out to take care of me. Thank you!

Frankie and Keith were the repairmen that came to get our toilet in working order.
We had worried we had a leak somewhere.They were able to tell us by utilizing a camera
that they brought with them that they did not see any problems (Yay!) They were both super
guys- - punctual, polite, personable, and knowledgeable.You can be proud to have these guys
as employees! Frankie went the extra mile for us and was just so kind. We’ll never call any other
company when we need plumbing work done. Thank you!

Bryce W was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable describing items identified in a heating tune-up. He full described the items and made very reasonable and honest recommendations. He certainly took his time inspecting each of my units.

Best plumbing and hvac company around! Couldn’t recommend Jed enough for plumbing. He is trustworthy, takes his time, and makes sure the job is done right! Call ARS and ask for him for your plumbing needs!
