William Skinner did a great job of explaining to me not only what the issues were with my toilets but why these issues happened and how to prevent them after repairs were made. He went above and beyond the normal in answering all my questions as I was concerned about the possibility of leaks while out of town and issues with winter plumbing . I appreciate his efforts !

Had a persistent pulsing loud knocking sound in my pipes, wasn’t the typical water hammer. Jed came out and had never seen the problem before but worked through the system until he found the problem (pool house toilet fill valve). Didn’t try to upscale me, just fixed the problem. Gonna keep his card handy.

I scheduled a tune up service from 8-12 on a Saturday. Remind you, I work in healthcare and rarely get to sleep in. I wake up on a Saturday at 7:30 due to my window of time. The company callas at 8:13 and cancels due to “too many calls last night”. Then proceeds to say the can reschedule me Tuesday through Friday but cannot promise it wont happen again. Do not use this company if you want a reliable and professional appointment
