We called to have our LG refrigerator looked at since it was not cooling any longer. The refrigerator was purchased 4 1/2 years ago. Technician came out took a very brief look at the refrigerator and said it was the compressor but it was out of warranty....was told LG only has 1 yr warranty. Then he said the expense of fixing it would be too much and best to just get a new refrigerator. After he left we decided to look up warranty on our LG frig. Glad we did. It is a 5 year warranty and we called LG that same day. They took all our information and had someone out in 2 days. It was the compressor and the LG tech fixed it on the spot......no charge, not even a service fee. I was told that Lee is not an authorized company to do warranty work on LG. That should have been told to us when we called and the technician should know this information. The moral of this, call your manufacturer first to check on warranty and who they recommend for service even if it is not under warranty. That Lee technician almost cost us a new refrigerator. We did pay a service fee to Lee for coming out to look at the refrigerator.

Great experience.. Brendan and Harrison discussed options concerning my failing systems. They listened to my concerns and guided me towards a decision that worked for my situation. I would refer them to other people needing HVAC assistance.
