I had the unfortunate need to speak with Interstate AC after a wire burnt through the insulation and melted several holes in my copper coolant line. After I was quoted $8880 for a full replacement for a 4 yr old unit, Brian was out less than 24 hours after my initial call with Tommy and within 2 hours, my house was cooling again. At a substantially lower price than what I was quoted by the national company that came out and kept me in the 100 heat for 2 weeks while I tried to sort out an insurance claim. I can not recommend them high enough.

I have been a customer of Interstate AC at both my home and my office for over 17 years. In my opinion, they are the best and extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. My recent Service call was handled my Josiah. He did an incredible job. He represents Interstate AC extremely well.

We have had Jay Parks out to our buildings many times over the years. He provides top notch service and his expertise is unmatched. Happy to have had him out for repairs.

Wow, called at 8:30am on a Tuesday as my unit went out the night before and they had a technician at my home in an 1.5 hours! Resolved the issue in an hour. Previously, I called my regular service vendor and they couldn’t get to us until Thursday at 2:00pm. Have now switched to Interstate for all services! Super Pro!

Joey is absolutely wonderful! He is courteous, fast, and explained everything he was as he was doing it.
Interstate AC fixed our issue. Great company great employees.

Amazing company!!! Our a/c went out Friday afternoon and I called expecting it to atleast be Saturday at the very earliest but no they were able to get someone out there that night. About 4 hours after I called which was great cause it was 82 degrees inside our house. They had it fixed and blowing cold in about an hour and works great!!! Will for sure use again if I need them for anything!!

Great and thorough service, and their tech was excellent in servicing our entire HVAC system. Highly recommend.

I know I’m about to slaughter his name but Cordalero Stuckey from Interstate AC Service is absolutely amazing . We were burning up and had 2 different companies come and attempt to fix the problem and all of them said we needed a completely different unit. Cordalero came in and had the problem completely resolved within an hour. He was so professional and friendly. He even gave my kid some personal advice on sports. Interstate will be the ONLY company I’ll be doing business with as long as Cordalero is working there.

Was planning on calling in our A/C problem on Monday morning as it was just not cooling well enough. Then Sunday it just stopped working all together. Called Interstate from a recommendation and glad I did. The Sunday emergency service was way affordable and the Ronald took care of a few faulty installation items while he was there for good measure. He explained the safety items on my unit and how things are suppose to work and was eager to get things done right and timely. Wonderful experience and will certainly call Interstate and recommend to others. Top Shelf!

We have had several different companies in the past 40 years. We've had Donelson Air, Lee, Hiller... By far we have been extremely pleased with Interstate AC Service. Professional, extremely friendly, and honest. We have an April Aire system on our unit and Interstate has special technicians to service different areas. Which is comforting. They aren't always trying to rip you off with extra charges, astronomical charges on parts, etc. if you want professional and honest work done on your unit, choose Interstate AC Service! You won't go wrong!

Could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Jeff. He came out on a Sunday, then returned on Monday to further troubleshoot the issues in one of my commercial establishments. Was able to get us back up and running quickly. Highly recommend you give the good folks at Interstate a call for ALL your heating and cooling needs in the Nashville area.

Interstate AC commercial services has been consistently reliable and timely in getting our operations rolling again. The service techs, particularly Jay Parks, have expertly diagnosed and repaired all HVAC and chiller issues for many seasons. Along with explaining the issue and providing an accurate time line to repair, Interstate is a solid company to rely on.

I have been using Interstate A/C for many years for heavy industrial HVAC/R. In a food facility, we need dependable, effective help. When they are dispatched, help arrives. We really appreciate Jay Parks, his knowledge and abilities to pull us out of a mess and get us back on track. He shows up with the tools he needs and the knowledge to back himself up. I highly recommend him for any need you may have whether its cooling the atmosphere or getting difficult chillers back online. We appreciate the things he does for us going beyond the normal hours to get the job done! Definitely a trooper for the ones in need!

Ben Taylor came out today to service my 2 units. He was very courteous and knowledgeable concerning HVAC systems.
He explained the condition of my units and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I’m sure he is an asset to the company.
I have been using Interstate for several years and bought a new unit from them as well.
Always receive excellent service from the customer service department and the techs!

12/3/24. Woke up to the house temperature dropping this morning. I’m really happy Interstate could work me in so promptly. The Serviceman arrived by 9:20 and had taken care of the issue by 10:00.

8/1/24. The Interstate Serviceman arrived promptly. He discovered the broken part and replaced it quickly. It was 95° in my house and miserable. I really appreciate how he handled the problem. Thank you!

Same day service for our home. Brian, the technician, was wonderful. He diagnosed and repaired the problem in a short amount of time. Our home was cool again just a few short hours after we noticed a problem. All of this on a 100 degree day! Well done Interstate. Well done Brian.

My daughters heat went out during a cold snap. As busy as Intersate was they promised to get there on the same day. As promised they arrived at.3pm and quickly fixed the heat. They couldn't have done a better job and Tommy the Service Manager was totally involved and called me to inform me.of their findings. Highly recommend this company.
