The service was professional every step of the way! Larry was wonderful in helping us understand what we needed - and as important, helping us understand what we did not need. Rodney did a great installation job. I work from home and there was nothing that interfered with my work. Highly recommend based on my experience.

Very personal. Knew what he was doing and explained to me what was going on so I knew what was happening. Was great being careful to not let my cat out, I appreciated that very much.

2/28/25: PJ did an excellent job cleaning my ducts! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough in his work. He took the time to explain the process, ensuring everything was done right. On top of that, we shared some good laughs, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend him for anyone needing quality duct cleaning!

We had a large project of getting all of our gas lines replaced. Luke did a excellent job and worked really hard to get us up and running as quick as possible. Would use this company again.

The Maynard techs were very professional and worked diligently to get a new 2 ton A/C unit installed to cool our bonus room. We could immediately feel cold air after the install was complete. I highly recommend Maynard for your A/C needs!

Awesome service had an emergency call with my water heater. The tech called within 5 minutes then was at my home within an hour. Eric arrived diagnosed issue quickly gave me a price fixed the issue and was gone within 30 minutes. Just want to say awesome service above and beyond and Eric did an amazing job, he even went into detail about what he was doing so i understood it. Thanks so much Eric and maynard!!!

Dustin was very polite and thorough. Did a wonderful job explaining his actions and will get back with us Friday. The unit is making a very loud clatter. He called the manufacturer and was on the line for quite a while. They gave him some items to check which he did. The unit wasn’t fixed today but I have lots of faith in Maynard Man’s (Dustin’s) ability to get the job done.

Service was great. Maynard has been our go-to for more than 5 years. They have always been straight shooters, and willing to answer all 9000 of my questions I always have. Clifford was amazing. I want to give a big shout out to Maynard Man for providing excellent emergency repairs to my A/C last night. My A/C went out in the late afternoon and I called after hours on the off chance someone would answer my call. They did! (it was AI, but the customer service was excellent and I was able to secure an immediate appointment). The technician that came, Richard Mclea, was on time and extremely courteous, I received a text message with his information when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and worked efficiently to make the repairs. He assured me that my A/C would be working and my house would be much cooler within an hour - he was spot on! He kept me apprised of his progress and consulted with me on what needed to be done beforehand (along with the cost so there were no surprises). There was a "should have" recommendation for the future with supporting photos but I wasn't put on the spot to make a decision and don't feel that I was being upsold. I hope this review is helpful. I know who I will be calling when I need any A/C service in the future! Thank you Maynard Man!

Maynard Plumbing Heating and Cooling was incredibly reliable and showed up right on time. The plumber was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional, and fixed my issue quickly. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC repair needs.

Kliford and Luke were outstanding in every respect. On time, very pleasant and informative, worked constantly until the job was done, made sure that all my questions were answered. Great employees.

Replaced both residential HVAC units. Minor problem with temp consistency, (they discovered it is was just a gap in the insulation, easy fix) now all operates as expected! I'm a very happy camper
