Paul diagnosed and later Will and Harka came to repair my AC and did a great job! Unfortunately two days later on a weekend the AC stopped working and I texted Will who was on call and he came and fixed the issue and took care of it and I had cool air again. Thank you Will - you are concerned about the quality of your work!
Will made sure that he did not leave until the AC was working to specs. Great Job and Great service!

James Booth did an excellent job maintaining my new unit. He figured out my problem and was able to correct it....today at not charge (warranty).He was pleasant and polite and it was a pleasure doing business with the Total Group.

James came out Saturday morning early and got our AC back to running petty quick. It was refreshing to have an experience with a field tech that understands and has the desire to get a unit repaired and back to working rather than just trying to sell me a new unit. James priority was to fix the problem now, not upsell something I would have to wait on. Because of this action I decided to purchase the biannual PM plan they offer (something I never do).
Total Group, you have an asset in James that is seldom found in your business!!!

Total Group was super responsive. Had an emergency on a weekend. Denise was super friendly and they came out and fixed it easily. And their maintenance is great. James Booth has been amazing, courteous and thorough.

First time working with Total Group and I was impressed. I will be working with them in the future and have already referred them to a few folks. Tom, Chris and Al did a great job installing a generator for me. They showed up on-time, communication was great and the quality of work was top notch.

Josh was absolutely great. Best experience with Total Group I've ever had. Would recommend Total Group to anyone. In this day and age when there are so many HVAC service providers, Total Group's professional repairmen and customer service in their office is stellar.

I needed a new HVAC unit. After speaking with Clay McKinney and asking countless questions he was very professional and explained everything to me to where I understood. He went far beyond what I ever expected to get things done. I was very impressed with his hard work to make things fall into place. James Booth came by to take a look at our unit. He was very professional and great to talk with. He took pictures of everything and made sure we fully understood what was going on with our system. Adam Schmidt has been to our house multiple times and is always incredibly kind, polite, professional, and always stops to listen completely if you have anything to ask or say. He goes above and beyond every single time and really makes you feel like you’re getting the best of service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

James Booth and James Tripp just completed my bi-annual HVAC inspection. I really enjoyed the experience. They were polite, professional and very thorough. They took the time to explain the current state of my system in a way I could understand and were very honest about when things would need to be replaced. I couldn't appreciate the experience more and can't thank them enough knowing my family should be nice and warm this winter. Can't wait to see them in the spring!

James Booth was my HVAC Service Tech and conducted himself very professionally as he provided maintenance to our HVAC system. Great experience with Total HVAC. My AC went completely out on a 95-degree day and they were the only company I called who was able to come out the same day and fix it. Keisha, who answered the call, was empathetic, kind and super helpful. She kept me updated throughout the morning, and Clay, the technician, was right on time. He was very professional and fixed the problem in an hour. Price was fair. Thanks for the saving the day!

James Booth was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about HVACs and informed me what he was inspecting as he inspected the HVAC and what type of condition the HVAC parts were in. He was an honest, genuine guy that I could tell that he wanted the best for his customer by being transparent and truthful. I highly recommend him and Total Group for HVAC maintenance! Clay was amazing! He was extremely professional and polite. He diagnosed the problem and had all the equipment to fix my unit right away. He didn't try to push us to get repairs that didn't make sense due to the age of our air conditioner. He even tolerated my little dog who was very interested with what he was doing.
