James Booth Jr serviced our units in a professional and expeditious manner. When he was done he explained what he discovered clearly and concisely. Appreciate the thorough follow up on whether we had an extended warranty which saved us $$$ on the repair. Great person, great service, great experience.

Had a great experience with James Booth as our technician on a late night emergency call! Had a water leak through the ceiling from frozen a/c pipe and He diagnosed it and repaired it quickly even though he was feeling bad and it was late at night! He as very friendly and kind. Appreciate the service!

Total HVAC installed our new Trane HVAC system June 2018. We really liked our install team, and although the office was a bit slow to get some things resolved, they were resolved. We now use their maintenance program, and had our first visit today. Our technician James M. Booth, was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. I feel he went a bit above the required service, and I really appreciated it, even putting the room back to rights when he finished with the inside unit. Thanks for being a great guy and a good technician James!

James Booth, Jr. came to our house for a routine check on our heating. He did an excellent job! He was thorough and explained in detail what he had done. In the process, he found a rusty wire connection which saved us from having to call a repairman at a later date. Way to go James!

This is a great company to work with! James Booth was our HVAC expert that came out to do our seasonal heating checkup. He detected high levels of carbon monoxide seeping from our unit in the attic and was able to correct the issue immediately. We were completely unaware and are very grateful for his true commitment to his clients. I would highly recommend Total Group for your HVAC needs!

James (Booth) did a fabulous job! He texted to let us know approximately when he would arrive, with only a one hour window (from 8-9) instead of some other companies giving me a four hour window. He called when he arrived which was on time, took his time checking over everything, and explained it all in detail. He was also extremely kind! Thank you James!! Total HVAC is great! James Booth came out to troubleshoot our AC unit in the evening. He was able to replace the dual capacitor and the contractor after finding an ant infestation. He explained everything as he went and made sure we close all windows to allow for calibration before taking another temp reading of the refrigerant, and added additional as needed. Great service!

I have been a customer of Total for a long time and they have been talking care of all the plumbing in my house and they have installed my heat/air unit and replaced all the ducts, repair water heater, electrical +++++ . I am not sure but I think I have been their Clint since 2010 or 11. Loved everyone they have send me. I have had awesome experience with the anyone who has answered my calls.
They have spoiled us with honest good work. I highly recommend them as I have referred my friends to them

I had James Booth as my technician today. He was very knowledgeable and took time to make sure that my unit was operating as it should. He found an issue with my fan blade and actually let me see visibly what the issue was. He was able to provide options that I could choose from in order to correct the problem. He was very patient and had a great attitude. James is awesome and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

These guys are the absolute BEST. Our HVAC needed to be replaced, and they were able to come out the same day we called. When the manufacturer sent them the wrong replacement unit twice, Eric personally drove out of state to get the correct unit to get it fixed for us. He even offered to bring in a package for us (with no AC in July, we went to stay with family). So many other great things about our experience with this company, they really went above and beyond and made us feel cared for. Would recommend Eric and Total Group to anyone and everyone!

I just want to mention the outstanding services of James Booth. I had my semi annual service on my unit. This gentleman takes his time to make sure the units are in good working order. His customer service skills are impeccable and his business model is to work on the equipment as it were his own. I feel he has the customers best interest in mind.

James Booth did an excellent job assessing the 9000sft home my clients are buying with 4 HVAC units. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed when inspecting the condition of the units. Total HVAC is the best HVAC company around. I have used them for years and wouldn’t trust work to anyone else. They are always knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Every employee I have ever dealt with, whether on the phone or working in my home, has been great. Two people have really stood out for me in this company as exceptional. Jeff Holland fixed our HVAC issues while saving us money at the same time. The technician who came to our house yesterday, James Booth, was so thorough & helpful. That’s the customer service you get with this company.

My experience with Total HVAC was great all around. I called to inquire about updating my HVAC system and spoke with LaKisha J. who set up a meeting with us promptly. During the meeting, Josh W. was very informative and advised us on what would work best for our home. The install was a great experience as well. The guys, Brandon P., Terry H. and one other gentleman were extremely nice and courteous. It didn’t take long for them to get everything installed. So far things have been working pretty good. I had my HVAC replaced and a mini split installed as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the services they offer.

I called Total Group for assistance with my heat pump that was not properly heating my house while it was in the teens at night. Kassandra was super helpful and kept me up to date on scheduling. James came out to assess the unit and was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the issue and was able to repair the unit. I am super thankful for the professionalism and great customer service that I received from Total Group and will be using them going forward for maintenance and repair calls.

Total Group has repaired our heating system and later provided yearly maintenance on our HVAC system. I was impressed with their timely response and their reasonable prices. The technician was friendly and explained things very well. It is tough knowing who you can trust and provide quality work without treating you unfairly. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again!
