Great experience with their cleaning services here at International Plaza on the 3rd floor. Sarah does a phenomenal job. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of.

The team does a great job taking care of our building and our suite. Sarah and Greg and Shay are the best of the crew and I have been in our suite for several years. K. Payne Contracting has great employees that take pride in their work. Everything is always spotless and if you need anything during the day all you have to do is ask. There is always a crew member in the building making sure everything is taken care of.

TNT Commercial has helped me out considerably when tasked with last minute requests. Their attention to detail is greatly appreciated and has drawn great praise from some of my toughest Tenants.
