I’m on my third rep, (and my 3rd month trying to get a quote and a job done) as the previous two have reps left the company. Last time I had to start from scratch. Hoping that’s not the case this time.

They have a very nice show room, excellent cabinet quality. However their prices are a little high. Yet where they fail is in customer service. You will either very rarely hear from them or it will be sporadic at best. I have been trying to work with them for over a year, and have not heard from them in months despite personally going in and asking for a update or follow-up. They seem to be understaffed at the lady who works the "greeting desk" is not really engaging and almost makes you feel like you are intruding or are a bother.
