Locksmith reviews in Nashville, Tennessee

First time trying the company out. Called and spoke to someone who was absolutely nice and took the time to help be out told me to come by and let them check my key fob out. Walked in spoked to KB which was kind and quick . By far one of the best experiences I had with a lock smith who doesn’t try to high ball you for the prices. Definitely will come back if anything happens and if anyone needs a locksmith no questions down referring them this way.

Sako was so kind and arrived quickly! Great communication! Would recommend!

I used Armstrong Locksmith today for a key replacement after my keys went missing. They were able to come day of and it was later in evening around 10 which I really appreciated. The man who made my key was great and they even gave me a solid deal on a second key. I found out from the tech they are a family owned business that has been in business in Nashville for over 30 years. If your keys go missing, I highly recommend Armstrong after my experience.

Sako went above and beyond for us! We moved into a new house and needed to rekey 9 locks. So easy to communicate with via text, cost effective, understanding when I had to reschedule, and very quick! Grateful to have such a reliable locksmith in my phone now

I got serviced by them two different times. Definitely recommend for anyone that locks themselves out of their car. Was efficient and super nice. Time it took from the call to them getting to my place was all within my hour break. In addition, I checked out the website and noticed that they do replicas of key fobs. I ended up dropping by the following week. And that progress took 15-20 mins. Even helped reprogramed my current key fob that I was having issues with free of charge. 😄👍

Had a great experience Raheem did a great job programmed my key to my dodge charger in under 10 mins definitely recommend

If I could rate 10 stars I would! Where to start..I contacted them on a Friday afternoon had, it towed to them early the next morning, he came in early so I didn’t have to wait! Gave me one key free of charge. Had to take out my nodule and reprogram it still wouldn’t start it…anxiety central. He saved me 3000 dollars in new parts!! Strongly recommend these guys!

Nobody else in town had the fob. Or the technology to replace my new Nissan keys. He came same day and hook me up. Absolutely the best in town!

I recently used Armstrong Locksmith and had an excellent experience. From the moment I called, their customer service was professional, friendly, and responsive and affordable price compare to other locksmith. Specially Thanks a lot to Mr.Sako for your help.

FAST and friendly service! Armstrong Locksmith has taken care of my needs in the most professional manner I could ask for. I called needing a key for my 2010 Toyota Prius and was worried since I lost my only fob. Armstrong came out to my place quickly and had a new replacement key made within 15 minutes of arriving. I will definitely use them again in the future. These guys are local and family run. Top-notch. Went back for another one and he was great!! Thanks

Called at the last minute to have 20 copies of commercial keys printed for my new office and Raheem was speedy and friendly through the entire process. Even though he was busy with an emergency call, he came back to the office earlier than expected and did a wonderful job crafting my new keys. Thank you again. This is a wonderful place.

Sako saved the day! Seriously, these guys are the guys to call if your in a jam. My car keys and wallet were stolen while I was on a work trip in Montana. My car of all places was in a parking garage at the airport. As you could imagine, normally this would have been a complete disaster. Sako worked with me every step of the way and was very flexible about payment options and timing. It was easy and headache free to be able to get a chip key made for my car and left for me to pick up when I got back to town. The BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!

Incredible service! I lost the only key to my 2006 Porsche Cayenne. The dealer said the lead time would be 4-6 weeks. Armstrong was able to make not one, but TWO keys in just a couple of days. It was a very easy process. I recommend this company 100%. Very lucky to find this type of service.

I am very happy you have these guys near me as a car enthusiast . They can program usually any key for any cars. Best for any car especially European vehicles . Thank you 🙏 Armstrong Locksmith

I got access to my car and new key fob in 15mins! I went through two locksmiths before I found them! Highly recommend them! Very professional and overall amazing!

I needed a second fob made for my truck—these guys had me in and out in about 30 minutes and I paid WAY less than I was expecting.

Do yourself a favor and put these guys in your contact list for all things key-related.

Amazing service!!! Called in when I lost the master key to my car and was given the run down of what my car needed. I have a 01' Lexus and it needed the ECU reflashed and new keys cut. The service tech was kind and helpful and walked me through what he was doing.

Few hours later I had an unlocked and started car with multiple new keys. Cannot thank and suggest these guys more!

This is the BEST Locksmith Service that I’ve ever used. My car keys were stolen when I was in downtown Nashville and my car was parked in a parking garage. I had a tow service come out the next day to tow the car. They also guaranteed me that their tow truck would be able to fit into the garage to tow it out, but that was a complete lie. They even charged me an extra $100 for that service. The tow truck service said that they would need a key to be able to move my car out of the parking garage. So I had to pay a locksmith to make me a key that could turn my car on, but it wouldn’t start the car because the key needed to be programmed. I had the car towed to my home, and reached out to Armstrong Locksmith (Raheem)! Raheem came to my home the next day, programmed my car keys, and threw in a spare key for a discounted price. I also had him install new locks on all of my doors in my home, and he gave me a great price to have that done! Raheem did an AMAZING job with my car locks and my house locks! I was also given 6 keys to my home. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received! If you need any locksmith services done, I HIGHLY recommend using this company! You will not regret it!

I never thought I’d say this, but I’ve finally found my go-to locksmith! After making three separate trips to Home Depot with no luck and having a frustrating experience with another mobile locksmith, I was so fed up that I almost bought my own key cutting machine. But then I found Rahim at Armstrong Locksmith. Well worth the trip from Cool Springs. He quickly and efficiently cut my custom key blanks with no issues and even gave me a better price since I brought my own blanks—something the other locksmith wouldn’t do. I really wish I had found Armstrong Locksmith sooner, especially since I paid over twice as much last month for a car key duplicate from a different mobile locksmith. Overall great experience and Rahim was so kind and helpful.

Sako was amazing! He was very friendly, professional, and so willing to accommodate. Would definitely recommend!

Had my 2003 Honda Accord key fixed by Armstrong Locksmith in Nashville and couldn’t be happier. They were quick, professional, and charged a fair price. The new key works perfectly. Highly recommend their service!
