This company hasn’t even performed my service yet and I’m giving them 5 stars for effort, care, and passion. Kenny with Tree Masters was the 3rd company to come visit and quote a project at my house this morning. He was the only professional to express interest in my full property of trees, rather than just the job I called about. He took time to examine and educate me on what to look for and how to expand the lifespan of the many different types of trees on our property. It’s obvious when somebody loves what they do and that’s why I’m happy I met Kenny today. I look forward to a long relationship with this company.

The name of the company speaks for itself—Tree Masters has a very knowledgeable team who provide expert tree removals without causing any damage to the surrounding area and with great attention to the safety of their crew. The trees on my property were on a tricky and dangerous hillside with plenty of obstacles to overcome. Kenny and Alan sensed my anxiety and took the time to explain the game plan thoroughly before removing the trees. I’m very impressed with their work and professionalism of their entire crew.

Tree Masters are truly the masters! I found them using Google reviews and the lived up to the 5 starts. They were great at communication, fair in pricing, punctual, professional, and very friendly. They completed the job on time and I must say they went above and beyond. They cleaned up everything, treated the trees that were pruned, and left as if they hadn’t even been there. Unbelievably happy with hiring them and fully recommend them for all your tree trimming needs!

I have only good things to say about my experience with Tree Masters of Tennessee.
Out of 4 quotes, they came back with the best price, and the quickest service.
The crew, including the owners, showed up on time, were courteous, extremely competent, and thoughtful in the way they went about the extensive tree trimming job.
They really went above and beyond by doing a couple of little extra things along the way.
Once they were done, everything was thoroughly cleaned up.
I’ll call them again, and won’t hesitate to recommend this company

They were working in a neighbor's yard and asked if they could use my driveway to make it easier to get to some trees, so I asked them about a large tree I have been wanted to take down. Since they were already next door and were available that day he provided me with what I felt was a fair price. The crew was very professional, did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. Will definitely call back when I need more work completed.

Can't speak highly enough about Kenny and his crew. Estimate was very fair, they were able to work me in immediately due to a cancellation. I had a large Bradford Pear and several large branches trimmed that were hanging over my house. They did an amazing job on the trees, and cleaned up every last bit of debris. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I would certainly call them first the next time I need tree service. Thanks so much for coming out!!!!

Michael McDonald and his team did a wonderful job cleaning up my yard from a flash flood. The knowledge and customer service were SUPERIOR! Michael and his team went over and beyond to help me with a solution for future flooding. Thanks to them, they will be building a retaining wall to stop future flood debris. I Highly recommend them for any and all tree services.

Absolutely amazing experience with Tree Masters! An enormous hackberry in my yard was creaking and swaying late one afternoon. Kenny came out and assessed the situation and had a crew out at 7 am the next morning to get it down, putting my dangerously-creaking tree at the front of the line. I was very grateful for the SOS assistance at a reasonable price. I love that this is a family-owned business and the brothers and father clearly take pride in their work.

the real Tree Masters are stellar humans doing fantastic husbandry with trees in Tennessee. Professionals and Friendly. Beware there is an imposter calling themselves TreeMasters, and they are anything but professionals. Do NOT trust Michael McDonald or anything but the original!

Incredible experience from start to finish. We had a VERY old tree in a very difficult to reach area & it was very close to the house. The Tree Master team carefully evaluated the situation & came up with a safe plan for their employees & our home. They finished ahead of schedule & left our property debris free & now very safe with the tree down….The final surprise was that the lower part of the tree was hollow. One more hurdle that they handled with perfection.

The crew that came out did a great job and were very mindful of my neighbors and my properties. The trees look really great after the project and they did a great job with the cleanup. Setting up the appointment was very easy and they were very flexible with my schedule. I would be very happy to work with them again.

First, they have a lot of expertise and worked with me on a few options so I could compare prices and outcomes and choose the right fit.

And second, the crew is highly competent and clean — I appreciated how well they respected my property and cleaned up after the job.

Michael McDonald gave me free quote on Wednesday 9/10 and quote was the lowest of all 3 quotes I obtained for an Ash tree to be removed, cut up for fire pit and trimmed two large Bradford Pears. Michael had his crew over the very next day and job was completed the same day. Very courteous crew. Clean up afterwards was outstanding. Extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend to anyone.
