I requested service 1 day I advance. The online system has improved in the last 2 months even though it was good before. Guys knew what they were doing and everything was out in 15 minutes. Would recommend.

John in sales/customer service was very understanding as he took my urgent phone call (actual human being using live verbal conversations that competitors seem to avoid nowadays) regarding my situation. He created an order immediately and gave me an appointment window for the very next morning, which was a Saturday. Everything he promised actually happened which was consistent on line communications to my email and text messages, notifying me of all pertinent information and even included the truck driver Muhammad texting me directly at the beginning of the time slot window promised, and he kept me in the loop on his whereabouts well before the shortened window and when he was on his way to my location and sure enough, he was here 15 minutes early, which was a great sight for sore eyes due to my experience with a different competitor the day before that promised the world on their website, kept extending my window with no understanding nor respect for my timeline, and continued to be a no show, no communication (unless I initiated), that wasted my whole day before I found LoadUp. Between John, Muhammad and his helper, I was so relieved. They took everything as requested, disassembled items as needed, which included ridiculously heavy and clumsy items and furniture, and lastly a full size slate pool table from our basement! They were done in 2 hours, never took a break, and after having had 3 other stops before mine, they even cleaned up the basement after handling the pool table! Muhammad and his helper never complained and handled all surprises seamlessly. This company and its employees are godsends. An example of their honesty and respect is amongst all this heavy lifting, Muhammad’s helper even found and presented to us a long lost gold wrist bracelet that my sister was so grateful they found after not being able to find it for months! Need I say more? It’s a blessing that this company exists and hope no one else overlooks them in their search for getting rid of unneeded items.
Thank you a million to all these employees who truly take pride in how they conduct themselves, work their tails off, and care for their customers!

I called this company today and scheduled for them to come out and get junk from me. Within an hour or two hours max I called back to cancel for next day junk removal. My order was canceled however, even though I canceled within an hour or two they’re still keeping 20% of my over $500. Now I understand how If I had canceled same day or had I canceled after they’ve already left to come to my house, but I didn’t. It was within an hour to two after I made the first contact with them that I canceled yet they’re still keeping 20%. Not to mention they are overpriced I highly advise you go elsewhere.

This took almost a week from the initial schedule date to get completed. We’re grateful it got done and the two guys were very conscious of our walls. Would have been nice to be communicated to better as I sat home for 2 complete days waiting for them to show as promised. I didn’t know they were looking for a crew to perform the task until 4 days into the process. Don’t make expectations to the customer you can’t fulfill. I can’t get this 2 days back again

LoadUp! & our loader, Michael, did a great job. It was reasonably priced, very quick and easy. Michael worked with us on the time, as we were waiting @ the storage unit where the item was, and had the very large, heavy, bulky item out of the storage unit, up the elevator, and loaded within 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future should we need them.

Puffy mattress not what I honestly thought it would be. Not supportive, ordered one of their firmest mattresses and was super soft and uncomfortable. I don’t recommend the puffy lux if you’re looking for a firm mattress.
