The situation was this: I arrived at my new home on a Saturday night (with plans to clean it and start the renovation process) to discover that there was no electric (or water) service. I left a message for 3 Ridges, pleading for help.
My first point of contact was Jenn. Jenn made sure to keep in contact with me throughout the process. She kept me informed about appointments and ETAs. I was not left wondering if someone was going to show up or not.
Dustin arrived at my house, exactly when expected. He explained the process, the repairs and what I should expect. There were no uncertainties about the job or the cost. Dustin also went out of his way to work on the administrative issues to get my power turned on.
Tim and Ethan showed up to do the work. They were professional. Their work was clean and neat. They corrected past work to ensure that the job would pass inspection. When they finished, Tim and Ethan cleaned up the job site! This is not something you see other electricians do.
Going forward, there will be no need for me to call anyone else for electrical work. 3 Ridges is my place.

John and Dylan were the technicians that arrived at our home to install two receptacles. They were right on time very professional and you could not tell they had even been in my home except for the two new receptacles. I would not hesitate to call Three Ridges Electric for any electrical work necessary. Great job great company.

Excellent service - they came to our house a day after calling them out, helped us diagnose an (ultimately very simple) circuit, and only charged us for an hour of time. Great guys and much appreciated

Josh was very easy and personable to work with. He communicated well and was receptive to questions and requests. The install was quick and turned out great. Now I can easily and quickly charge my car at home.

Three Ridges is a company that you hope for every time you call a repairman but rarely get. Although my job was small (replacing all of the smoke and carbon detectors), they were timely, efficient, neat, and were quick to answer all my questions. I have already called friends to refer Three Ridges. They are GREAT! Thank you!

Josh and Brandon, showed up when others kept putting us on the back burner. We had a few items on our punch list, a couple included 18ft ceilings. Josh took to it like a champ! I am so pleased with the work they did, and love my new fan and chandeliers! I will definitely be recommending Three Ridges Electric! Prompt courteous service ,very professional as always . We have used them to wire our shop building , also changed out all recessed lighting in our home . This time for a service call on a shorted out box for our double oven , called 8 am Monday morning and they were here by lunchtime. Very reasonable pricing and great service. I recommend for all your electrical needs

They explained what needed to be done, completed the work cleanly and efficiently, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly.

The guys were professional & helpful. They couldn't fix the problem but volunteer to find an expert with the specific product.

After my initial inquiry they came for an estimate less than 2 weeks later. Very nice and thorough. Haven’t heard one single word since. Never received an estimate or follow up. I know the remodel market is booming so hopefully it’s just because they are super busy!
