We just started using My Ladies Cleaning Service and I’m hooked. They cleaned things I would have never even thought to clean! Super nice, super professional and very good at what they do. My mom has lung issues and they used vinegar based cleaners so it wouldn’t bother Mom. Highly recommend Megan and her team!!!

Booked to do deep cleaning, oven, fridge, windows, walls, counters, sinks, stove, shower, commode, dust, sweep, mop, vacuum. Two ladies showed up, did NOTHING AT ALL, not one thing was done, stayed only one hour and I was charged $170. I'm disabled, and couldn't afford to have someone else do it for me after they stole my money. It hurts my health worse trying to do it myself; that's why I hired them. Who claims they cleaned walls, dusted, swept, mopped, windows, fridge, oven, shower, everything in 1 hour. I've cleaned houses myself before my health declined, this is insane to claim 1 hour. They left hair in the sinks, didn't even look in the sinks, dust, counters dirty, not one single thing was done. They walked in, took pics and I guess went out for supper or something. I hope they meet Jesus, stealing from disabled people.

I used My Ladies Cleaning Service for a few months before my young daughter started missing money from her room. I purposely left a $20 bill on her desk the morning of the cleaning and as expected, it was gone after the cleaner left. When I approached the owner I did not even receive an apology, but was told I could deduct the total from my next cleaning. Then the next lady scratched my glass shower wall- yet again, not even an apology. I can’t recommend this group.

My wife and I have had My Ladies Cleaning help keep the house clean for years now. Consistently great service. The few times we’ve had an issue, the owner brings the cleaners back the next time and retrains/communicates our expectations. We really appreciate their company!
